We booked this hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday with another couple and as soon as i walked into the hotel i was very impressed. We were met at the door by the porter who took our cases straight to our room. The rooms are very nice and large with his and her wardrobes and double sinks in the bathrooms with bathrobes, the beds were extra large with lovely thick matresses and a choice of pillows to choose from when you filled in the form and took it to reception. The food was amazing with a great choice of fish, pastas and meats. The staff from animation to desk could not do enough for us and Adrian the waiter was so friendly and always filling up our glasses! Thank you Adrian you made us all so welcome, also thank you to Adrian who brough us a little cake selection at lunch time to celebrate my birthday. We will definately be returning hopefully in September! The 7 days was not enough and wished we had booked 10 days I am usually ready to come home after 7 but just did not want the holiday to end.

This was our first visit to the Costa Adeje Gran and we were not dissapointed. The hotel entrance is impressive with a water feature, comfortable seating areas, bar,entertainment area and reception and shops. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable.The pool areas are attractive, sun beds very comfortable with pool bars to keep yourself refreshed. The restaurant is buffet style, but with a varied menu that caters to all tastes - the sea food selection evening was beautiful, with fresh crab,langoustines, prawns, salmon and mussels - also the sushi evening was thoroughly enjoyable,The only downside to the food was the pool bar selection: the burgers and hot dogs that our party tried could only be described as the sort of tut served up on a burger van at a car boot sale - however the fresh burgers served in the restaurant were lovely. Pehaps waiter service could be offered around the pool as we have come to expect this as standard in a 4 star hotel and this was a 5.The staff are very polite and helpful across the board. The negatives were that the location was slightly remote and some parts of the hotel decoration needed attention - two buckets were in the ladies toilets to catch a leak for 3 days! Overall though we had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to recomend, although I would probably say its a high 4 star rather that a 5.

This hotel is a jewel in tenerife, although the isalnd itself is amazing, this hotel adds to your experience.
Food amazing as usual, staff as friendly as ever, the animation and team and shows excellent, front desk and management very eager to listen and to implement any suggestions you may have.
To be quite honest there is nothing that could be changed or you would want to change, its perfect!

My Husband and I have just returned from 6 nights at the Costa adeje Gran Hotel
My second time but my Husbands First .I was not disappointed with my return, And hubby loved it .
It was just as great as my last visit. Its a fab hotel for Couples and Family's. Really clean ,Very Helpful staff and Fabulous Food .
It was lying around the pool reading for me and the Gym and pool for my Hubby with maybe a drink or two in between !! Great Relaxing Holiday with some winter sun ..Would definitely recommend a visit.
