Good hotel for Jamshedpur's busy election time. The staff very helpful and polite. Hotel was adequet but nothing special. The room i had did have windows but blanked out so no view!! You had to pay for internet which was not particualy good. They were very accomodating with the packed breakfast i requested. I was only there for one night so really had no major fault.

This was the first decent 4 star hotel in jamshedpur, even though it is very well located, everything seems very small.... the lift is mighty tiny.. so is the restraurant, the stairs and the lobby.
Our checkin was ok..though the staff needs to be more welcoming. Rooms quality was decent with good beds. We did not like the price of the room as the valu provided was not upto the mark. Breakfast was simple..e

I would say tht even if the hotel may have some shortcomings its a good hotel in the area as its hard to find decent hotels in jamshedpur..

I stayed here earlier in 2008 but things have changed dramatically in 2011. All rooms are renovated and better room service. The best one is the new Zodiac restaurant. Much spacious than the clumsy one which existed earlier.

the rooms are okay nothing great the bathrooms are decent no bathtub in th estandard room.
hotel staff is average they take minimal to get the work done theres no urgency or a desire to get stuff done asap..

the room service is again decent nothing to sing songs about, the restaraunt on the ground floor is average at best... i struggled to figure out what to eat ... they had limited choices and pretty much teh same menu on both the days..

there seem to be some rooftop restaraunt and stuff but could never go there...this is at best a a decent 3 star ..the good thing is that it's situated in perhaps the best area of jamshedpur and is maybe all they got here...

i won;t stay here long though its fine for a day or two's business trip
