plus: nice located hotel...good value for money...excellent breakfast
minus: not well organized..we booked for massage at the reception but wheb we went there they had no idea about it...it was our last day and were looking forwad to it..they didnt make any effort to help us though...we also needed some towels for our last swim at the beach (because we already completed our check out) and they couldnt assit us..

In the wintertime a fantastic Hotel with nice rooms,great buffet and friendly and helpful staff!
Close to the beach (100m) well connected to the Bus which is going to the airport or Palma city,so no car necessary if you just want to relax and walking around the beach or the city.
Just the rooms are a little bit noisy because the walls are really thin :(

A nice Apartment Hotel, well located, with a good relation price-quality. Well maintained, nice gardens, nice apartments and a great breakfast with a wide variety of choices. They have entertainment on the bar, with an interesting variety. Only three not so good things: The staff at the reception is not well informed about the area around (i.e. don’t know how to give suggestions about restaurants outside the hotel) and the SPA, although is a great Spa, with a lot of things to choose, don´t have enough staff. There was only one girl for attendance and massage. It was very hard to have a massage for me and my wife. Need more people there. On day off or when she was occupied the massage area was closed. Also in the rooms, they were a bit “cold”, with no sensation of comfort. Also about the beds, they have wheels. This means that if you move a bit on the bed, they end up in the middle of the room. Also when you read sitting in bed, you can´t have your back against the top of the bed, because it will move.
In general, I can say that this is a nice hotel to spend some vacations with your family.

Got to this place for business in winter, so I can't evaluate the pools and other summer services.

Two things got me annoyed during my stay. First, the toilet was full of little insects (like bugs, but very tiny). It would not have been that annoyed if they hadn't been walking through my toothbrush and so. It was not only my room: another friend was staying in the same floor, but on the other side of the hotel, and had the same problem.

The other problem was about service: more specifically, the laundry. I left my clothes for laundry on Monday morning, being told that it had a 24-hour service. On Wednesday evening, after not having my clothes back, I asked reception. They told me that probably there had been some problems with laundry, and that I should ask on Thursday morning (the day I was leaving). During check-out, they told me that they had problems with laundry provider, and they gave me the dirty clothes back. No warnings, no communications, no nothing. Unacceptable.

Breakfast was just ok (no natural juice served, for example).
