We booked this two and a half hotel with an all inclusive deal. We really did not know what the all-inclusive meant.
First, there is only one bar and you can get ONLY local brands of liquor for free. You have to pay extra for all other brands (Jack Daniels, etc). Second, sometimes I would have to wait 20 minutes till somebody actually showed up to serve us. The bartenders did not speak English and did not understand what I was saying half of the time. Third, there was only one person working at the bar, so whenever there was a lot of people (usually in the evenings) you would have to wait forever to get your drink. Plus, the drinks are served in miniaturized glasses, and would be empty after 2 sips, because 90% of the glass was packed with ice.
The food was the same every day only made in a different way. So after 3 days I couldn't see the restaurant anymore.
The rooms were cleaned every day which was the only thing that I really liked about this hotel.
Service is alright, if you're not German.
If you have a money problem, go with this hotel. It's definitely a budget all-inclusive. I don't think I will ever return again.
