We chose this hotel because location and the stars, big mistake! We stayed 6 nights halfboard and from the beginning we saw a 2 star hotel, take note of our bad experience:
The main disadvantages:
- Reception: Reception staff is very unfriendly, null customer attention. (Thay didn't have our reservation with the type of room, and they didn't help us to resolve the problem, we have a "Doble Room With Sea View" and never had it, just a "side view room", terrible service!)
- Contact: They don't care about customer emails, so, do not waste your time writing!!!.
- Wifi: This hotel isn't known free WiFi, incredible in a 4 star hotel!
- Other Services: forget all that advertise services for couples, only to prepare a romantic dinner is a nonsense situation.
- Food: Breakfast and dinner buffets are mainly for Germans people, great for them, but an hotel need to think in ALL TYPE OF CUSTOMERS, INTERNATIONAL AND VARIED FOOD.
- Instalation: The outside pool is a little dirty in the edge. The books available in reception are mainly in German, I saw just 1 book in spanish and 2 in english.
- Room: Very small closet for hanging clothes.
To be fair here is the list of advantages:
- Spacious room.(executive at least)
- Big and confortable bed.
- Bus Stop 50 meters.
- Modern design. (but, ¿Is this important with a horrible attention and other failures?)
Definitely, we will not repeat with Iberostar in our holidays.
In this area there are other hotels of 3 and 4 star hotels much much better than this, so we recommend booking in any other, for example we are seeking options for the next
holidays, and we're checking HM Gran Fiesta / Grupotel / Acapulco / Apt Pilari / Neptune, all look good :=) I'll write the experience in any of this hotels.
Mallorca is a great beach destination, specially Palma Beach area, select a good hotel and enjoy your travel !
