Comfortable hotel, with great breakfast buffé, close to beach in German area

Spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious food, best location and a fair price. I absolutely recommend it! Just keep in mind that Playa de Palma is not a quiet place!

While checking in we´ve been told that the hotel is overbooked and we have to check in to their partner hotel 3 km away. During the 15 minutes we discussed with the reception staff, at least 12 more people have been told the same. The list with our names on to move to another location was 3 pages long!
In my opinion and from the sight of all fellow travellers it´s part of their business plan to be overbooked and to move the people to the not-so-well frequented partner hotel near the city limits.

Although, if you´re lucky and get a room in the Playa Golf, it´s a nice hotel with a great location (non-german travellers be awared, it´s in a partyzone of lots of young Germans, th so called "Ballermann". The area around will be loud and crowded the whole night).

The services that the hotel offered were very good. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly, but they do not speak english, only german. You should know that at dinner the staff demands long pants.
If you want to spend a quiet vacation, this is not the location you should choose because of the noisy and very drunk germans. They have a habit of drinking and shouting all day and all night long.
Overall, if it wasn't for the annoying german tourists, the vacation would have been perfect.
