I have been in this hotel 10 days in June 2011.Rooms are too small!Service at the restaurant,especially near pool slow and lasy...Sleeping and relaxing is mission impossible!
I would never recommend this hotel,or visit this hotel again!

This is a lovely hotel, beautifully situated on the beach with lots of lovely places to eat if you are bed and breakfast and only ten mins from airport. Would go back tomo if I could. If you dont like this hotel, then you must be pretty hard to please!

this hotel maybe a 4 star.. it is very close to the beach, just across the road, room etc very clean etc...

however, the hotel didnt provide any iron facilities & coming from ireland, i didnt feel the need to bring a travel iron as i thought they would have this facility in the hotel...

there was a good selection of food in the evening but only some things you could eat there...

overall, i have to say that the staff were very very rude, didnt have hardly any customer service skills, did not treat people very well & didnt care whether or not you came back or not... they were not very helpful in giving you information & i got the impression that they were purely ruthless & out to get as much money as they could from people. the drinks in the hhotel were very expensive & I did get ripped off once , just because i wasnt able to speak spanish & the person that was serving me reported anyway that he didnt have much english.... i dont think i have ever stayed in a hotel were the staff were sooooo rude.....

also, i had booked in for 6 nights but only paid for 3 nights... then when it came to friday we wanted to stay on .... i was then told that i would have to pay 150e for the room each night... which was 3 times what i was paying for the first 3 nights.... i tried to make a complaint to the manager but i was informed that he didnt speak much english... the lady who was at reception went off & spoke to him & he apparently agreed to come down to 100e for each night for the next 3 nights...

overall, this was not a good experience & i found it very upsetting.... the hotel we stayed in for the next 3 nights was much nicer, 3 star & we ended up getting a way better deal....had entertainment there each night too which playa golf doesnt appear to have... its lacks atmosphere, warmth, friendliness etc.....

I stayed here with a friend before the season began. The deal was great and included half-board. The food was bizarre - some salads included onions with pickles - and didn't include the price of drinks (water/juices etc) at dinner. That being said, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was close and beautiful. It felt more like a family resort (the water slide wasn't open yet when we were there) and it was overrun by German cyclists. Younger people may prefer to stay closer to Palma centre for its nightlife.
