First of all I booked "Double/Twin Room with Sea View ". That was directly written for booking and it was some more expensive compared to normal rooms (without sea view). When we arrived, our room was first floor and i asked why it is not with sea view. I paid for it. "Ah sorry, too crowded, a big tourist group came today, no sea view room bla bla"....Who are we? Are not we tourist also? Then why do you extra charge for sea view? Others are tourists but we are not!!!

Second I forgot my jacket in the room while leaving:
I emailed them..2nd day they said they found it.

HJ:Please email us your credit card details for the cargo/post bill
Me:Emailing credit card number is not smth secure? Can I make bank transfer?
HJ: NO sorry. Not possible.
Me: Ok. Nothing to do. So please tell me how much you will charge and i will send the number.
HJ: .... no reply back...
me: what happened? how much is the charge?
HJ: ......no reply back.....
me: what happened to jacket? how much is the cost?
HJ: ...no reply back.....

brilliant hotel,no complaints what so ever,just across from the beach,rooms cleaned everyday,fresh towels everyday,different menu everynight.we went for 16 nights,we were on the top floor [8] and we always got a lift within a couple of minuets.ricky`s bar just down the road very friendly and the best supermarket was just across the road [underneath the fontalles playa,very cheap but clean.] also only just down the road from the aquirium which is great for kid`s we took our 3 grandchildren last year.

Travelled with my mum, Lovely hotel, good food, clean large rooms, great area for sports, running, cycling, little bit touristy but that cant be helped! Overall great!

Loved the location of the hotel. We had sea view rooms with balconies. The hotel rooms were not very big, but sufficient for two. The breakfast and dinner was well served and tasty. Overall experience was good. Would love to go back.

2nd time at this hotel,we are 2 50 + with 4yearold grandaughter,, every one very freindly plenty to keep her happy
