Never done a review on here before, but read T A before booking anywhere as its usually a good guide as to what to expect,, must say that we ended up in this hotel as Travel Republic thought it was a suitable replacement hotel to the one we booked in a different area of Majorca was "full" when we got there(thats another story !!!)....To be fair the hotel may be ok, food maybe excellent, doubt it very much though !!!.... Never got the chance to varify these points.... Absolutely shocking experience. You would love this hotel and its surroundings, which the hotel staff and management seemed to be very happy to tolerate and encourage, if you enjoy the constant LOUD intolerable sound of hundreds of drunken "yobs" German they may have been but the nationality is irrelevant, may i add, and this was at 9.30 in the morning and continued all throughout the day and night... More likened to a football match taking place in a huge open aired "beer keller" and lasted 9 hours rather than 90 minutes..... As the evening went on the "lapdancing" club directley on the doorstep had its workers sat on the hotel steps (which was wet from the guests and passers by urinating on the steps rather than walk 20 yards to the toilet) were openly plying for trade, and a lapdance was not the offers being made... In fact i need to stop writing this as i could be here forever and this is not conducive with my stress levels. Needless to say we didnt stay and would wholeheartedly suggest that NOBODY EVER EXPERIENCES THIS HOTEL !!!!!!

This is the first time that I have ever felt compelled to write a hotel review, having travelled extensively all over the world over the past thirty years. In fact, we were so appalled we did not even stay at the hotel and made alternative arrangements. I would have rather slept on the beach rather than this hotel. Upon arrival, you will note that the entrance is directly opposite a brothel. The noise and commotion in this area has to be seen to be believed!! The German clientelle are cheered on by the staff as they constantly perform the noisiest of German tribal songs in various states of undress, in the main, totally naked at 3.00pm in the afternoon.

As we walked in to reception, two guests were actually unrinating in the potted plants outside reception, all of 20 yards from the toilets. Not the hotels fault??? They actually stood and watched, said nothing, did nothing - they left it to me to make my feelings known to these yobs then ran inside.

The girls that work in the brothel were plying for trade outside the hotel reception - again, positively encouraged by the staff - they made no attempt whatsover to consider the welfare of their guests.

All in all, the worst experience ever.

We recently stayed in the flamingo resort and have nothing negative to say about it at all. The food and drink on offer was excellent and as an all inclusive customer this is obviously a bonus. The standard of cleanliness was superb and all staff that i dealt with were always pleasant and helpful. The resort is generally for families with children although there is an adults only bar open from 6 till midnight. Myself, my wife and my 3 year old son all had a wonderful time and will hopefully be returning back to the flamingo in the not to distant future. Well done to Angel and his team.

This is the worst 4 start hotel EVER

1) Air conditioning doesn't work, and this ment we had to change our room.
2) Food was decent, staff is awfull, they come and bug and press you to leave as soon as possible ( "Do you need anything else?" "Is there anything you would like?" in a repetitive manner that surpasses the limits of decency)
3) No matrimonial beds-the room setup had 2 beds joined together on a slippery tile surface that made them move and slip around the room easily even during sleep
4) Rude staff-they speak 0 english and unless you force yourself and raise an argument they will simply delay your request forever
5) NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM- What kind of 4 star hotel doesn't offer a fridge?? You actually had to pay for a minibar that was locked.

Please stay away from this place, if it wasn't for the beauty of the island, this vacation would have been a total disaster. Save your money or go somewhere else.
