Me and my fiance stayed here and it was a perfect long weekend in Puerto Del Carmen, the room we had was large and spacious, it was like a large one bedroom flat with 2 balconies overlooking the harbour. It is ideally located, far enough away from the main drag to avoid the noise, and close enough to walk without any hassles, these are perfect for a relaxing holiday that feels like a home from home.

Peaceful and relaxing week away. Been to Lanzarote a good few times and this was the nicest yet.

We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment (went with Mum and Step-Dad [note i'm in my 20's!]). Plenty room for us all and not tripping over each other. Pool NOT suitable for children. Got nice terrace area upstairs also to sit in with sunbeds. Was very quiet apart from an annoying dog that barked across the road but we were assured this was being 'dealt with'! Room pretty clean and staff friendly.

Free wi-fi in common areas and internet access at reception for quick look on-line if need be. Pool bar unfortunately not open due to ill health of owner but I'm sure it would have been lovely too. Nice walk to town at night, good local restaurants (Valentinos i think it's called near by is lovely - chef Bruno is fab chef). And a Saturday night at the San Miguel bar for cocktails is a lot of fun too.

Just returned from 3 weeks at Agua Marina, which as usual never disappoints. This is the only place to stay in the Old Town. Thanks again to all the staff who are helpful and friendly, especially Estafania in Reception, and Bob and Sandy at the pool bar. The apartment was well equipped and clean, great view from our terrace across the harbour, and spectacular sunsets. No shortage of restaurants within easy walking distance, El Puerto and the Chalana just across the road, the fairly new Blooming Cactus next door (very good vegetarian food). We especially liked the Caribbean International Tapas (in the old Four Seasons building) excellent food, but best to make a reservation) and another new to us, the Puerto Canario, right next to the Irish bars. Again excellent food & service and reasonable prices. We'll be back.

Great place to stay in Lanzarote.Almost perfectly situated looking down on the harbour from a position in the old town.Lovely pool and small bar area run by Bob and Sandy who were always handy with tips on where to eat etc etc,Estafania the manager was very helpful and a big thank you to her for some room flexability during our stay.Small complex i think there are around 19 apartments but as they are all built on differaint levels with there own stairs and terraces you almost feel that you are on your own.Apartments are of a good size clean and well equiped this is a very peacful relaxing and quiet environment so if you are looking to chill out then this is the place for you.
