Just back from 2 weeks at the bandama. The bungalows were well equiped and spacious. They were kept very clean by a lovely cleaning lady. The reception staff were very helpfull and friendly. We had a late flight home and they jiggled rooms around so we could keep our bungalow till we were ready to go , well worth the 25 euros. The bandama is very close to the beach and supermarket, with restaurants near by ,you couldnt ask to be staying in a better place.

just returned from lanzarote and had the most relaxing holiday ever.
If its peace and quiet you are after this is it.
rooms are clean and tidy and
no having to get up to save a sun bed.
local spar(3-5 mins)very good and a number of eating places within easy walking distance.
we ate a number of times at sol y mar and am sure you would not be disappointed.
for a larger choice of restaurants puerto del carmen is 20-25 min stroll.

we stayed here for one week in May'11 and if your looking for a very nice quite place to stay on the island this is for you - its perfect for people who like to sun themselves great pool with only 18 other bungalows.

its a no frills but roomy place - we are mid 40's couple that did not want to share our pool with 40 kids and that is why we picked this place - the bungalows have some problems but No bugs (microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery) - flat screen TV but no english channels - the cleaners are great and Mikia in reception was Very very helpful - free wi-fi

if it is a beach your after well you wont find any better just 2 mins walk away - taxi to the centre of Porto Del Carmen is only € 4 including tip

if we ever go back to the island we will stay here

Receptionist was always polite.
Very nicely laid out small complex however the bungalows are basic.
We paid for a superior bungalow - superior to what - they all looked similar, we were told that they had been upgraded however these bungalows are old. Freshly painted lounge with a few new bits and pieces in the kitchen area like a new kettle! No english channels on the TV
Bedroom was very basic with poor quality bedding.
Bathroom needed a total revamp, all wall tiles were ancient and needed replacing. Towels were clean but old.
All the woodwork ie: doors and window frames were basically rotton and needed replacing.
Customers booking a SUPERIOR BUNGALOW ARE PROVIDED WITH A FRESH BAGUETTE EACH DAY! We would have preferred some nice crisp cotton sheets insead of the unpleasant ones provided.
On the good side of things - the cleaner is the best ever - she really knows how to clean and is so thorough she never misses the corners!
