Towels not changed or beds had to hire a kettle and toaster 8 euro each in self catering . Staff at desk not friendly I booked 2 one beds was with another couple and told they had not got them . Would never go back to these apartment . Horrible smell in apartment

The decor was a bit dated and there was no toaster or kettle but you can rent them from reception. Basic but clean and towels changed every 2 days. Had a great stay and would definitely go again. Great location and nice pool area.If you have a disability or are elderly, the hill and steps to the pool may be a problem although my mother who is in her late 60's had no problem what so ever.

We visited this hotel in January 2012. Before booking I checked out the reviews on Trip Advisor, which were not all good, but I decided to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt as it looked to be in a good location. I was very disappointed. Our apartment was drab and dreary, furniture was old and furnishings tatty and threadbare (as were towels ). Our balcony looked out to the walls of another apartment block, and did not get any sun until late afternoon, and then only on a small area of the balcony. We asked for a change of room, as it was so dreary, but was told that hotel was full, and that" all the rooms were the same anyway".The tv set was an old one with only Sky news and a sports channel available. We were very cold and miserable, as weather was not great. I thought I would only need a cardigan at night, but in fact we should have had warm jackets.As there was no heating in the apartment, it was cold in the morning and in the evening. Perhaps if you were in an apt that was getting the sun, it would be more comfortable. On a possitive note (I hate to be so negative!)the pool area and terrace are lovely, and have great sea views The pool bar looks nice, and has a couple of big televisions, for catching up with the soaps etc.These apartments are built on a hill, so I would not recommend them for elderly or infirm as there are lots of stairs in the complex.I think this complex suits groups of friends better as they are usually only there to party, and have somewhere to sleep and don't normally notice their surroundings !!

Stayed here jan 2012.Location was very good but thats the only good thing about these aps.Beds dirty,aps stink,bathroom was filthy!!!!! never slept in the bedroom after seeing the heavy stained mattress.Seems like the outside appearance was priority as thats the only place i seen the cleaners.stayed five days cleaner only came once and that was to give TWO more towels .Would'nt recommend to anyone.
