We arrived late and were given a 'room' which was disappointing as we had requested a room near to the sea or with a sea-view. However we went back to the reception and the girl was very nice and helpful. We were moved to a room right down at the boundary of the property - near the gate leading onto the beach. The rooms themselves are unusual. they are more like room-appartments - very small appartments with your own entrance (a glass sliding door, leading to a small outside sun lounger area). Thus it is somewhat of an unconventional hotel - but this was not a problem for us. However, the breakfast was limited to typical German/Austrian/Swiss style fare and nothing else. Cold meat selection and cheese. To top it off, the Poolside shop was very limited for snacks - forcing us out of the hotel for a second time each day... so we were disappointed from this perspective.
The pool and loungers are a little dated and the hotel would be regarded as a 2-3 star max by our standards.
