Just back from a week at the Cinco Plaza. Very clean spacious rooms, maid was great. Cold on a night but think they may hire heaters in reception, but didn't find this out until we were coming home. Pool area clean, with a lifeguard all day, but water cold!! No problem finding a sunbed but it was quiet in the resort anyway. Didn't eat in the restaurant, so can't comment on the food. Internet area in reception and as the weather was cloudy we used that, and hired a tv remote to keep us occupied when it was cold! The apartments are up a fairly steep hill, but unless you are able to stay almost along the front then so is everything else. The resort was quiet, most restaurants seem to serve the same sort of fare, pasta, pizza, steak and mexican all in one go, so plenty of choice. A lovely break - shame the weather wasn't so good!

Having recently returned from a stay at the Cinco Plaza apts, we found them to be really nice with lovely staff from reception staff to the maids who can not do enough for you. The apartments are in a central area & next door to The Spinnaker Bar & Restaurant which has lovely food, atmosphere & great free entertainment every night. Would def stay here again.

Its been a few years since we stayed at cinco plaza but all I can say is amazing! The apartments are clean and bright and the pool area is excellent for the kids. We went out for food every day so cant say what there foods like. As with any holiday Ive been on if you want to get a lounger and certain part around the pool then expect to be up very early! I woke one morning at half five to find people standing about the pool with there towels waiting till seven for the loungers to be unlocked!! The entertainment thats on every night is brilliant, OK it repeats every week so if like us youre there for a fortnight then after the first week youve seen it all. One downside, didnt affect us but, if walking up hills is hard work then cinco plazas location might be an issue as it is well off the main road and is all up hill.
Finally if you like a wee drink in the evening I'd advise on the small irish bar at the bottom of the hill on the right hand side, The Bodrhan, its small and quaint but the craic in it is amazing!! Live music nearly every night and great bar staff, Ive been to lanzarote a few times and always make a point off spending at least a few nights of the holiday there.

Just got back from a week here and although the apartments were clean the walls were paper thin and you could even hear next door snoring.The towels were threadbare and our feet were black from the floor,however the pool area was very clean and tidy.Iwould not come here again but if you do ask for a quiet room first floor.
