After a lot of looking I setteled on this apartment because it looked like the best value for money. Obviously a fully furnished apartment means something different here.
No Television and no air conditioning, and as the bedroom has no window you need a/c. They also wanted an extra €30 to rent the key for the safe as well as a deposit for it!!!!!
I thought these days were over in Lanzarote, when an apartment was advertised as furnished with all mod cons it didn't mean you had to then rent them off the complex when you got there, to me thats just a rip off. As well as paying for the apartment wihich is priced the same as anywhere else I'd had to have forked out another €250 euros to then rent out the facilities that should come with an apartment for my 2 week stay.
I'll never stay there again thats for sure cause I've had much better value in Lanzarote in the past. This was my 5th visit to the Island.

This place is great. Small and quiet. Security was fabulous with a locked gate, only opened by key. Nearly had to beat the cleaners from the door, they couldn't have been more eager. Very importantly, no roaches. Although they are basic, when I had to make breakfast for a crowd one morning, every conceivable utensil, pot, pan and tons of plates were at my disposal. I know it was a quiet time to visit but I was allowed stay in the apartment until my flight which was at 8.30pm. The staff are the friendliest I have met and have been to Lanza three times this Summer, so it really stood out.
Great place all round.

These apartments are in a very central location but still very handy form the strip or old town.

Rooms were basic but had everything that you could want. The staff in Club Oceano were very good on arrival / departure.

The pool at Ico was cold (it was December!) but we still were able to go for a swim. Most of the rooms were occupied however it was still very quiet which made lying at the pool very relaxing.

Would definately go back to these apartments again but may try the Club Oceano as their pool is heated and has a bit of music from the bar area.

have just returned from these apts, they are situated in a quiet area but still centrally located for the strip. This was our fourth time to pdc but first to these apts, will defo be returning to them in the future tho!!! We had a first floor apt so we had the sun all day til at least 7pm, the apts are really clean and spacious, they are well equipped for self catering needs, even have iron & ironing board. The complex is securely locked 24 hours a day. The pool area is very quiet and relaxing, plenty of sunbeds to go round , so no need for putting towels on them at the crack of dawn, the (one and) only criticism i do have is that the pool is quite deep, shallow end is 1.6m and deep end is 1.9m, so no good for standing up in if your only five foot like me!!! In all couldnt really fault the place am looking to return in the near future.
