Just back from a weeks holidays with my husband and two sisters in the Bitacorra Apartments, We really enjoyed our stay in an apartment overlooking the pool. Apartments were lovely kitchens well equipped with toasters, kettles,microwave and the Television has irish and english channels. Shower was fantastic with plenty of water. Staff in Reception were very helpful. Shop on site with very nice staff and prices were good with everthing you would need, Very central to the old town which is a 10 min walk or taxi at 3 euro home at night. There was no 24 hour reception but the place was very secure with a gate which was locked and you had a code to get in. Weather was okay during the day but the nights were very cold so take a jacket or a fleece with you for going out. I emailed the manager Geraldine Mc Fadden before i went to get 2 apartmemts beside each other and she met our requests. I would like to thank the owners and Geraldine and all the staff for making it a very enjoyable holiday and i will definetly go back there.

do not stay in room 139! Constant water running as water tank for complex is outside bedroom window! The ballcock was broken so even through the night all you could hear was running water!!! Complained and it was not fixed! x

A heartfelt thank you to the Management team, Geraldine McFadden and Rodri for retrieving a memory card from my camera which I left behind in the apartment safe, and for posting it back to me in Ireland. It was a lovely Christmas present, and so kind of you to go to the trouble of finding it for me.
Enjoyed our stay in the balcony apartment overlooking the pool. It was well equipped, very comfortable and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The weather in early December was pleasant and it was a real treat to have breakfast outdoors in the middle of winter.We met some very nice people and there is a very friendly atmosphere in the complex.
We will most certainly return here for another holiday. Thank you!

My friend and I am are just home last night after spending a week at the Bitacora Lanzarote. We had a brillant time and would like to thank the owners and staff at Bitacora for making our holiday so enjoyable. They were so kind to us during our stay and everyone was so friendly. We will go back to stay at Bitacora as it is so central to everywhere. Really good value for money.
