We stayed all inclusive at this hotel for a week. Whilst some premier hotels are defined by their opulent buildings and decor this one competes with a traditional Canarian appearance and feel. What defines its quality is the excellence of the service, staff and the food. The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They provided us with a small fan heater to use on a couple of cooler evenings and we very much enjoyed the complimentary birthday champagne! The house wine was good and the selection of food at all meals was superb. The entertainment was suprisingly good for both children and adults. We liked the position of the hotel which was alongside the promenade, beach and cycle track with good walks in both directions. The grounds are set out well with plenty of sunbeds and one of the pools was heated.We would certainly like to return to this hotel.

Just back from a week all inclusive at Los Jameos with my fiance.

Having read all the great reviews, we were really looking forward to our visit and we weren't disappointed! Was lovely to be welcomed at check in with a glass of cava! Staff throughout the hotel at the reception and in the bars and restaurants are all really friendly and efficient. Our room and the hotel grounds in general were spotlessly clean. It was also nice to have sky movies and sky sports for my football mad fiance! It meant he didn't miss Super Sunday!

The food is fantastic! I've never been a fan of buffets but Los Jameos is the exception! The food is first class and the choice is incredible! I particularly loved the fresh fish cooked right in front of you and had fish almost every night!

The range of all inclusive drinks was also excellent including brands such as Smirnoff, Gordon's etc. The house wines were also lovely as was the local beer. The cocktails were also very nice.

We also enjoyed the nightly hotel entertainment - the village people/blues brothers and the classical musicians with flamenco dancers were our personal favourites!

We are already looking forward to our next visit. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough although be warned if you go all inclusive, you will have to go on a serious diet on your return home!!

This place is brilliant. soon to be better when they install the wi-fi in all the rooms.

The staff just don't stop, their always moving and making sure that you have everything that you need, al-inclusive in this place is mad. just about anything is on the menu. if you don't gain weight when on al-inclusive then you aint using it right.lol.

positives - props go to all the waiters and reception staff always there when you need them and always happy to help even with the smallest matter. can't even single out anyone thats the best, all are great. the cleaners are brilliant up in the early hours to late hours cleaning. the entertainment for children is top notch my nephew (3 years old) loved it. the evening adult entertainment is ok but some is a bit of a letdown.

i only have a few negatives on this hotel - not big ones though. they need to update their Gym gear totally outdated. I'm 26 and i reckon some of their machines are older than me. plus the hotel is mainly German, not a real bad thing but most of the higher staff speak mainly german and only understand basic english. the average age in this hotel is over 50 which means some of the daytime activities aren't always on because they don't attend.

but i wouldn't let this get you down its still a top spot. last night there i lost my i-pad and some1 handed it in thats why i love it here you can trust that you can leave things behind at the pool and no1 lifts it.
