The whole complex needs knocking down, its filthy and unsafe. This must be the worst holiday we have ever had.
1. whole complex dirty.
2. stray cats
3. unsavoury characters wandering around the complex
4.apartment needed a clean
5.pool empty
Will not be returning avoid loma verde at all costs!

Recently returned from what should have been a well deserved relaxing holiday in Loma Verde, the worst holiday of our lives terrible!. If you are thinking of going read this, no pool we were sold the holiday initially thinking we would have a pool and we found out when we arrived that it had been empty for quite some time no safety barriers or signs warning you, most certainly health and safety issue. We were told that there was squatters, police patrolled nightly, taxi drivers were very reluctant to drive us up to the top of the hill where our apartment was, cats everywhere, pool bar closed to sum the whole experience up (TERRIBLE) we left could not stay there any longer.

Just back from a week in Loma Verde. Unfortunately not exactly what we expected, apartment not clean on arrival, some dodgy lights. Childrens pool closed and obviously had been for sometime. Pool bar & toilets also closed , not great when we had a five minute walk to the pool from our apartment. There was a lot of rubbish bags scattered around complex, although there was signs up about rubbish dumping.
All in all, not a great complex although it has great potentail being so close to the old town etc.,

The Loma Verde (Green Oasis) complex has been sold for private ownership of the apartments. The new owners have formed a Community and the high standard of hygiene and maintenance is being kept up. Some owners do rent their apartments see owners direct web site for details. It has a lovely feel and the apartments and pool area are spacious with sea views. There is an Adult pool with a shallow end which beaches toward the deep end so it is ideal for all grades of swimmers. There is also a kids pool. The pool bar is now up and running, but you may need an interrupter for the Scottish accent !
