I stayed in this hotel Nov-06 since Brussels was packed due to some show.
Good side:
They have apartments with a large bedroom, large living room and a kitchen. Rooms are spacious. Rooms are relatively clean but not spotless.
Bad side:
It’s not really a hotel, but an apartment hotel. No services at all (except cleaning of course).
Furniture is basic. Very close to Brussels airport. Insulation is bad, therefore room is quite noisy. In addition, I stayed on the top floor (2nd) and the ceiling has a plastic pipe which makes a lot of noise when rainy.
Front desk is actually a travel agency downstairs. It closes 6 PM. After that you have no one to talk to in case of any problem, advice etc.
Internet connection didn’t work. They were not able to help, since again it’s a travel agency and they don’t have maintenance people. The only suggestion was to stay in their office and use their Internet connection till closing time at 6 PM.
You have a couple of restaurants walking distance, but streets are completely empty after 6 PM.
To sum up: I wouldn’t stay there again unless I have not other choice.
