Arrived on a late evening flight, we used this hotel for the first night before collecting a car to drive to Benidorm the next day. Well appointed with good staff. Good breakfast included. Some good local bars just a short walk where you get a drink and tapas for 1.50 euro. Good beds and bathroom. Free shuttle back to the airport to pick up the car.

used this hotel for airport use and its very close to alicante airport which was ideal for us. Nice clean modern and toiletries provided. Rooms not sound proof, next rooms tv was loud and lots of commotion of which we heard every movement. Would deffo recommend though for airport location alone.

Good location for Alicante airport and for hire car return, particularly now the new terminal is open.
Parking is under the hotel and in a secure garage from which there are lifts to Reception and to all floors. Very helpful.
Pleasant and obliging staff. Receptionists speak good English. WiFi limited to hotel lobby.
Our snack supper was fine and quickly provided; breakfast buffet also good.
Funny smell in the room (drains) and, as other reviewers have stated, no door to the shower room. Toilet does have a (glass) door but no lock. Bed firm (we liked) but there was no aircon in May and the Hotel is near enough to the airport for visitors not to want to open the window and let in the noise.
The shower tray is slick and no non-slip bath mat is provided. Anyone with a mobility problem or poor balance needs to think about this carefully when deciding whether to stay here.

Dissapointed as I expected more from previous reviews. The room was fine, but the double bed comprised two single beds! The corridors were not well insulated for sound and sound also came through the closed window from the outer courtyard quite easily. No wifi in hotel. The shower hot and cold temp drifted in and out next morning. The biggest let down though was the restaurant. The hotel is actually in the small village of Torrellano not Elche so there’s no where decent to go except the hotel. With this in mind I don’t think the restaurant has to try very hard. The restaurant took ages to be cleared for the evening meal after a christening had taken place. Only one waitress was serving so service was really slow. My meat was very tough and the ‘veg’ comprised a single green asparagus and a sprinkling of fried crisps (€15!!). The tables were slow at being cleared for breakfast (you guessed it one waitress only). Breakfast was average fare. Overall the hotel offers poor value for money.
Parking is €6 per day and a taxi to the airport is €12. I’d suggest you stay at one of the hotels actually in Elche. Taking away the €3.80 set fee the taxis put on to compensate for short journeys it shouldn’t be much more and you should have a better choice and value.
