The hotel is very poorly kept up....dirty, paint peeling, our bathroom door breaking apart at the bottom because of water damage. The dinning room windows were so filthy you could not see through them to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea. On the plus side, the bedrooms were large with generous sized balconies overlooking the sea. The breakfast was OK but the dirty, dingy dinning area was enough to put you off the food.The great shame is, that this could be such a nice hotel if it was cleaned up....I could say the same about the city it is in as well. For us, it was just a means of entering Gibraltar, economically and distance wise. Won't be staying there again, anytime soon!

We stayed in Nov 2011, for 4 nights. 3-star hotel, rooms were clean, bathroom was good sized. We were on the top floor, and had a balcony with nice views. Rooms were a bit warm, so we were able to keep the door to the balcony open for breeze, sounds of the waves, and minimal traffic noise. Had OK continental breakfast, good enough to fill us up in the morning. This hotel was pretty much what we expected for the price we paid. We were able to walk from GIB airport to this hotel as it was only about 2km away. Also able to walk into Gibraltar, did not need a car. We did not eat dinner in the hotel, it starts pretty late (8:30 pm), but we were able to have a beer and sit in the lounge and have a quiet drink at the end of the day.

just back from a 2 nite stay here it is so noisey as patio doors dont shut properly and other local guests obviously dont go there to sleep just like making as much noise as they can the staff dont seem to care the breakfast if you can call it that was basic. only thing it had in its favour was it was close to the Gib border where our friends got married. Wouldnt recommened anyone choose to stay here.

The hotel has an awful smell. To the rooms, in the lobby, there is nowhere to run. Our first night was charged and we run away.
