The Royal Villas at Half Moon are great for families, groups or people that want to be in their own private secluded accommodation.
The great benefit is having Half Moon resort on your doorstep...so you can go and be part of the resort if you wish (horse riding, dolphin swimming, golf, spa and watersports to name a few activities on offer!)
The Royal Villas are reached on golf buggy (5-10 minutes) and you have your own 2 buggies during your stay. As you drive down the villa properties, it does seem quite tightly packed, like an avenue in America. But...when you are in your own villa, it is private and quiet. You have your own pool, garden area and beach BBQ. Many villas are not overlooked. You get a butler, housekeeper and cook in your villa...ours were friendly and really made us feel at home. They can prepare your breakfast in your villa...and cater to your every whim.

Wonderful stay at the Royal Villas at Half Moon. The villa was large, close to the ocean, with its own pool. The staff was excellent. They cooked dinners three times for our group (6 adults 2 children) and made breakfast each day. The resort itself is large, well organized, with lots to do. A perfect vacation for our extended family!

I come here every year on a girls trip. We always request AlWayne. He is by far our favorite butler, actually the only one we have ever had; wouldn't want it any other way! Love it here, treated like royalty and always have an amazing time. The spa is amazing too. Best massages ever! Can't wait to go back in 2011.

We had friends who travelled from Dubai, London and the USA to celebrate Mike's 60th birthday. We stayed at the Royal Villa 83 and had the most amazing staff. Derrick the Buttler, Agnes the housekeeper and Venetta the cook made our visitor's experience of Jamaica an unforgettable one.

If you like elegance, sophistication, peace and quiet, then Half Moon Resort might be your cup of tea and is highly recommended.
