we stayed this hotel at norooz (march) holidays with my family for 5 nights.
the hotel designed very nice witch named le chateau but there wasnt a palace and not very luxury.
garden and beach seems very beautiful and clean.
everything was comfortable except foods and restaurant.
the personnel had good manner.
rooms were comfortable and big space and sea view balcony.
briefly we recommend because it worth for price and beautiful and clean.
Although the rooms were of a good standard the hotel itself was terrible, we had an awful experience and I will never return to this part of Turkey again! The majority of the staff had no social skills whatsoever and they couldn't speak English one morning at breakfast i had to ask 3 people for butter!! I was stood pointing at my dry toast but still no understanding!! We were constantly stared at due to the fact that we were the only English family here we felt extremely isolated and tried to get earlier flights home. There was nothing for our children to do as the only entertainment was in Turkish / iranian / russian. The people on reception were extremely rude and basically ignored us when we had queries and instead dealt with the people that they understood. They couldn't be bothered with us and I can safely say this is the worst holiday I have ever been on and the flight home couldnt come quick enough. Food was terrible and catered only for turkish / Russian / Iranians ie kidney casserole etc!! Our children hardly ate and we had to get a taxi to kemur to get a decent meal. We ate in a lovely restaurant called Serena the food here was fantastic and would recommend this to anyone. A couple of the staff were polite and made an effort eventually but this was too little, too late!!
Very nice and clean rooms, but the staff don't speak English, we had to download a translator on our phones so that they could understand us. No restaurants in the area we had to get a taxi to kemer one day to have some decent food, we ate at a lovely restaurant called sirena, we recommend this, lovely food. The food in the hotel is only catering for Russians and Turks and Iranians, our children lived off spaghetti, chips and tomato ketchup for the duration of the holiday. We were the only British people not only in the hotel but in the whole resort of goynuk and kemer, we felt very isolated and even the simplest task for example asking for a drink was a chore. The entertainment was all in a different language and didn't cater for British in this respect either, when we sat in the bar to have a drink we were constantly being stared and pointed at and people were blatantly talking about us. Overall it wasn't an enjoyable holiday at all and we wouldnt recommend you to go. We spent the majority of our evenings sat on our balcony.
I have been to this hotel at winter. I can't remember any place having worse food (not only hotels, ANY place) than this place. Also, the service & staff is so bad. Long story short, do not go there.
