For the price an excellent holiday,friendly staff, great for familys,the only downfall I could say was the food they seemed to cater for the Germans although they was always a selection.For the price I would go again and reccoment to people.

Food was cold every night. bars not open long enough. Animation team rubbis. Maids don't change sheet they just tidy up.

had 2 week family holiday at this resort, on a good note we were in main hotel n family accomodation was really good, hotel was nice, grounds were nice, pool was lovely but by gosh cold!!!! sure i seen ice cubes floating!!! did really enjoy my time away and wld defo go bak 2 turkey but not this resort, food and entertainment sssooooo disappointing!!! food was so bland and evn tho they advertised themed nites it was still rice n noodles, turkish t not very nice either but thankfully other guests who had their own tbags took pity on me!!!! no entertainment promoted but all i heard about was football n darts!!!!! was up early one mornin (6.10am) to get sunbed as was fed up gtn left in shade n guests jst leavin towels on loungers 24/7!!!! holidays r wot u make them n it was good 2 get 2wks in the sun but feel disappointed as if it wasnt for the food n entertainment i wld go bak to this resort!!!! awww n if u dont like cats this aint place 4 u as they roam around in the restaurant as well as outside, found that rather disgusting!!!! sure they let them multiply n then use them as ingredients 4 dinner!!!!!

Okay.. So I know that the food and hygiene ain't exactly perfect right, but I absolutely adore this holiday! The first time I went to Greenwood was in June 2011 and I absolutely enjoyed it.. Entertainment was fantastic and the waiters are all really friendly.. I wasn't expecting to go again. Yeah, the hotel is full of Russians, Germans etc.. & the food isn't really for English it's more about them but I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! I suggest that you ignore all the rubbish reviews because I think it's a load of bollox to be fair. Try going there first before reading the bad reviews because the holiday is what you make it. Just got back again and the entertainment changed and we weren't very keen on the animation team at first but they were absolutely brilliant and we are hopefully gonna keep in touch with them.
But like I said, make the holiday your holiday before making your snotty comments when you haven't even been :D!
