Good basic ''all inclusive'' hotel with spacious, nice and comfortable rooms. We've got a room in the first floor with a lovely balcony facing the threes and the garden. A bit disappointed with the food and with the alcoholic drinks, cheap and tasteless. Since we came here during May, there was so little things to do but overall our experience was ok.

Before I went to this hotel, I thought it would be super bad, because there aren't many pools, the building is old, etc, and the reviews played a big role in my opinion. The reviews were wrong, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are nice and clean (every day), the pools are also clean, and the best thing in this hotel in the animation team! I personally don't like turkish animation, but this was really good, the best I have ever seen, friendly, nice people with many interesting games, darts, boccia, air rifle shooting, water polo, football, beach voleyball, etc! The meals were also nice and plenty! But it is a family hotel, you can rest and have fun here, but it's not for young people who want to have fun, its for a family vacation. I miss mirada!

I intended to spend there a peacefull vacation with my sister. All the sevices provided were good. The problem was the staff, especially the waiters. The first day on the beach one waiter came to me and asked me to go out of the hotel with him (saying how beautifull I am and that he loves me). I told him, that I have a boyfriend, I am engaged and next year I will get married, and that I will not go out with him. In half an hour he came again with the same question, i repeated my answer and what a surprise, in half an hour he came again. The first two days he was asking me the same question 6-7 times a day, sometimes with a new question "a boyfriend is a problem...?"... The third day I began to ignore him and he began to take away full glases from my table... and so on...

The staff speaks Russian and Turkish, the reception and 1/2 of the other staff also English. The animation team is very good and speaks fluently English, Turkish, Russian and German. I would recommend this hotel to young couples or families, who speak Russian, Turkish or English. I do not recommend this hotel to the families with young girls or to the groups of girls.

We have been there in the last week. We expected much much more from the 5* hotel !!! This is actually 4* hotel! The food is tasteless and monotonous, non quality, and the staff is very unfriendly, lazy and slow (except for services for which you will be extra charged, e.g. massage, photo session etc.). Ultra all inclusive is not "ultra" at all. Rooms are more less ok. Furniture is old, TV is old fashion model (I don't know where they bought it), and there are 5 cable channels (no music channels). The staff speaks only Turkish and Russian language - no English, no German, no French. The beach is made of hard rock and your foot will be broken! There is not enough chairs by the swimming pool, and you have to get up at 8 am if you want to have chair by the pool or at the beach. Also, only hall at reception desk and dining room are air conditioned, hallways are not. All of the mentioned are not negative facts for 4 star hotel, but for the hotel that are declared as 5 star hotel these facts are big minuses !!! If you consider value for money ratio: run away from this hotel !
