We only stayed one night and everything was fine. We arrived mid afternoon and having sorted out our very good rooms went down for an early evening meal which was served promptly ans was much better than anticipated. If your in the area you probably will not find a better value for money place to stay.

Stayed here previously a number of years ago, hasn't changed a lot. The check in is very efficient, no hanging about, all checked in within 5 minutes of arrival.
The room was clean and airy, the bathroom clean. There is nothing outstanding about the room or bathroom, but by the same context there is certainly nothing wrong with them. Small TV in the room with all the free-view channels.
I am always a little disappointed that in this day and age I still have to pay for internet access and this was the case for here, it may only be £3-00 per day, but I would rather it wasn't charged or incorporated into the room rate.
The restaraunt next door is a Brewers Fayre, which is essentially cheap and cheerful. It can get a bit busy there so picking the right time to eat is essential so that you don't have to wait around too long for your meal.
The staff were all efficient and courteous and that is all you can ask.
Overall a pleasant stay.

I have stayed in a fair few premier Inns, and they are generally all very similar - this was one of the worst. The room was a little shabby, and although featuring the usual furniture and pictures that you find in every Premier Inn room, looked a little shabby and tired. The room was clean, but the bathroom looked like it could use the flooring replaced as it was a little marked around the edges.
The bed was one of the hardest and most uncomfortable i have slept in, and you could feel some of the springs digging into my back. Similar comments were also recieved from my Colleagues staying in different rooms.
Attached as many are to a pub, which provided good food at a good price and cannot really be faulted.
Staying in the area again, i would perhaps try a different hotel rather than return to this Premier Inn.

Hadn't stayed in a Premier Inn before. The staff here go out of their way to make you comfortable. Remarkable value for money with clean and comfortable facilities. The adjoining Brewers Fair provided a pleasant ambience along with some excellent value for money meals.
