I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. As the room, for which I did booking was not available, they provided me a bigger room for the same cost. The staff was always ready to serve and help its customers with smile. The food was really good and it is a real pleasure to get such good and homely food in the hotel restaurant itself. The view from the room was very good, almost the entire Gangtok city was visible from the room balcony. As the hotel is 500-700 mtrs away from the main market and is at little height, this hotel is very calm. I changed my plan a little bit but the hotel staff were so friendly that they even helped me out in first changing it to best possible plan and then modified my booking without any problem. Almost all the natives in Gangtok are very honest and friendly but the hotel staffs were a degree better. I would say that this was one of the best hotel stay for me and the best value for money if you are searching for a medium range but good service and stay hotel in Gangtok.

Hotel Asian Heioghts is a prominent place to stay for the pure Veg. Families, it is ideally located near the Mall Road with only 10 miniuts walk from the Main MArket,

Hotel Staff is well behaved and cooperative, it is a budget hotal with the good location.

I enjoyed the stay in this hotel with great hospitality and Pure Veg / Jain Food specially the southindian dishes are very good.

I along with my better-half had been to Gangtok and stayed in Hotel Asian Heights from 15 Dec 2009 to 21 Dec 2009. The room is quite specious, extremely clean and above all with a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. 24 hrs. cold/hot running water, room heater etc. are there. The room service is quite satisfactory. The restaurant is also very good, but serving only vegetarian cuisine, The behavior of the staffs are excellent. With all modern amenities, the rates are quite reasonable.

I had a very comfortable stay in the hotel, efficient management and courteous staff. The food is excellent.
