Stayed here for a couple of days. Room is a great find for a budget hotel in the heart of Pondicherry. Reception staff was very helpful in providing tip sand directions for sightseeing. Fabulous location to stay since the hotel is in walking distance from all major attractions in town – Aurobindo Ashram, French Quarter, and of course the Beachfront. Give the in-hotel restaurants a miss though as food there is only so so.

We stayed here for a few days. Price was ok and location perfect. Seafront and French area only a few minutes walk away, and Tamil area ditto. Italian restaurant on the roof was good. Breakfast was the only let down. First day was good , but day 2 and 3 it was dire. Front desk friendly and helpful. In all decent value for money. Room was clean and tidy, but nothing great.

we stayed for a night as a group in two deluxe rooms and overall the experience was good though the rooms are basic and the location though excellent and central is a bit crowded. breakfast is decent. the swimming pool and italian restaurant on top is the one to go for though we could not eat at the italian joint as we had a hectic schedule.

I stayed here couple of days - found the hotel to be good, but nothing great. We had small annoyances like not getting drinking water when asked for, a toilet flush which did not work most of the time etc. The rooms were fairly clean, AC worked and hotel is in good location. All in all good value for 1500 rupees you shell out. If you can spare more there are better hotels out there I guess.
