We visited this place in first week of December with a large group. We reached the place at around 11 pm still the hot dinner was waiting for us. The staff was enthusiastic to receive us and serve the dinner. There was no compromise on the spread or quality. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are tastier than any commercial resort I had been to. The rooms are clean and spacious. Beach is kept clean, swimming pool is nice and friendly staff everywhere.

As far as location goes it isnt ideal cause it takes sometime getting there and finding the place but that is its biggest advantage. A pollution free property without the hustle and bustle that one is used to in India. The property is gorgeous right from the time we entered the gates. There is a golf kart to take you to reception but its not worth it. Taking the 5 minute walk around the green lush property is definitely worth it.
There is a beach on one side and a lagoon on the other i believe. Then the hotel has its own pool. Unfortuantely if your one of those people that enjoy a midnight swim like me it is not going to happen as the hotel locks the door early in the evening. I do not know the reasoning behind this. There is a fountain area which i believe they were going to put a glass deck on (gives you that impression) but i do not think it is completed for whatever reason.
The rooms are absolutely stunning. Having stayed in hotels in America and Dubai this room is on par with that. Surprising to hear but believe me the suite we stayed in had a beautiful deck which overlooked the lagoon. We took many beautiful pictures here. The bed is fantastic. You just fall asleep as soon as you hit it. Airconditioned as well. The toilets are lovely. Its got an overhead shower that is a must for me. Feels like your under a rainfall.
The food is equally good buffet style. The staff are good and accomodating.
Two things that might be of concern. One if you dont have a car you cannot go around much as this is a secluded area. Secondly they do ayurvedic treatements but the prices of this are a rip off. Too high and the prices I believe were in Euros. It would put a serious dent in a wallet. But over all amazing hotel. Absolutely would recommend it to couples especially honeymooners who want to be alone.

What a beautiful & stunning property. White french villas with thatched roof gives a feeling of some village in France or Mikkanose in Greece. Huge open spaces & landscaping. Breeze from the ocean on one side & lagoon on another simply takes away all the stress. Quality of food is also decent. Service can be so much better to compliment an otherwise heavenly experience
