It is certainly, Atithi the best hotel in Pondicherry. Me and my family had a memorable stay in this Hotel in 2011. I still remember the staffs were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean.

One of the best points of this hotel is that they have a swimming pool on the room. My Kids really enjoyed swimming there as the dept was 02 Feet for the Kids & also Atithi is having a well maintained GYM on the 05 floor.

The House keeping staff was very prompt. Moreover the food in the Le Boulevard is something which I again look forward to have. The Corporate Veg Buffet for INR 200 was excellent. A very large spread, well done and well presented. I found the staffs in the restaurant very polite, friendly, and helpful. We love to visit Atithi again in near future. All the best.... Cheerzzzzz

It is a beautiful hotel in a good location. Comfortable well lit, neat rooms and bathrooms. Clean and well maintained. New Property and kept well. We were there on new year's eve and they had arranged for a party with music and DJ. Food was excellent. I would strongly recommend this hotel ! The staff is hospitable and services are good!

we went to this hotel in month of January, we thought we will get the rooms wen we arrive in the hotel but surprisingly all hotels were sold out...then we walked into atithi to try our luck over here..
Mr. Arun was was very friendly and helped us to get a room inspite of being sold out.
b/f, lunch, dinner everything was great..Mr. Partho in restaurant gave us some good choice of food to have..our kids enjoyed the pool on the rooftop..overall it was the nice experiance staying in this hotel...we would love to come back to this place.

My wife and I (78/80 yrs) decided to travel unaccompanied to Puducherry taking a taxi from Chennai airport reaching Hotel Atithi late. Based on my stay at the hotel last August with my NRI son’s family we were confident of a hassle free and warm welcome, We were then a group of seven. Our expectations this time were more than met. We stayed five nights.
The room was comfortable and well furnished in a subdued style. The bathroom though small was elegant. Supplies were very good. So was cleanliness and maintenance.
Complementary breakfast was a good mix of South Indian and Continental spread. A nice way to start the day in a happy mood.
We did not try the buffet offerings in the restaurant but chose special western cuisine dishes. The menu has a very large variety it is therefore understandable that all items may not be of the same high standard. The waiters are knowledgeable and are happy to help you choose.
Overall, what struck us was the warmth and helpful attitude of the whole staff without exception. The managers talked to us frequently to check if every thing was okay. In short, they looked after us, old folks well. Very creditable as the hotel was fully occupied
The hotel is centrally located with places like the Ashram, sea face, good restaurants and the old town within easy walking distance.
If you are looking for comfort, a congenial atmosphere and warmth, you may not find a better place than this hotel. In fact, we adjusted our visit dates to the room availability.
