Good quality hotel with friendly staff. Would recommend to others and would stay again. The hotel is near to a motorway interchange and therefore is handy if travelling with a car. I, however was using public transport. The bus stop is right outside the door and the tram stop about 700m down the road. The centre of Utrecht is about 30 minutes away on the bus, with a single fare of €3.20.
The hotel is geared for the business market and therefore I found the room rate to be cheaper at the weekend, when the hotel was quieter.
One negative point was that the bed room was fairly dark with not much natural light with the result that I had most of the lights on all the time when I was in the room.

It's a good business hotel. Don't go there for your honeymoon, but if you need a good, reliable, comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, this place is perfect.

I chose this hotel as it has large rooms at a good price if booking last minute with no events on nearby. Location with a car is excellent as right off the A2 but it is not ideally located without your own car as tram stops are quite a walk if have luggage and buses I found to be very expensive and infrequent from the city.
Breakfast is expensive although no worse than other similar hotels in Utrecht but I choose not to pay for this extra at these costs although food is well done if you must have it or can get an inclusive deal
I stay here often for my needs but I always have a car and wouldnt stay here if staying more than 1 or maybe 2 nights at most as too hard and expensive to go into town and therefore stuck at their expensvie in house restaurant every night (albeit food is nice)

Must have been recently refurbished. Room and all public areas very modern and stylish. Very clean. A pleasant surprise given the stark exterior.

Good value, including free parking and free WiFi. Aircon.

The only real niggle was the bar service. Waited a while for someone to appear. Then waited even longer for them to reappear with a menu. Then waited again to pay..... get the picture?!

Also a bit noisy on the road side of the hotel, despite double glazing.
