|We booked a room, for 1 night before we checked into our timeshare for a fortnight. We arrived on a Thursday mid evening checked in & went over the road to eat, and then straight to bed. Discovered in the morning my case had been taken out of the room, with all my clothes and personal belongins etc. Spent the next 2 weeks on visits to various police stations, making reports to get crime reference no: had no clothes, plane tickets home, cosmetics etc. Spoilt the holiday should have read the reviews before we booked, as it seem to happen every week. Just checked it out again and its still happening. Dont' go as it looks like inside job.

Lovely pool area,lots of sunbeds and mattresses to go on beds.Bar in the middle of pool.Very convenient locastion,Central for more or less everything.As near to being on the FLAT as you can get around here.Turn right as you come out walk to first corner and you have the Bus station.Cross the road and you come into the old Town,which leads down to the seafront.Come out of reception turn left and walk to next corner to your left you have the MIRADOR strip with a large selection of bars and restaurants to your right it is downhill to the seafront.The Restaurant on the forecourt at reception offers good food at reasonable prices,also has a man entertaining at night.It is also very convenient for the SUNDAY MARKET which is just down on the seafront.A word of warning whilst we were there several PURSES WENT MISSING from around the pool area,(including one of our party) so keep a very close eye on your VALUABLES.As a 3 star appartments it is rated right,clean well maintained and very good location.

This was our first time staying in Los Cristianos and we loved the fact it was cheaper than nearby places but only 5-10 mins journey in a taxi for a busier night out! The apartments were on the small side, no air-con (just a fan) so a tad warm through the night but apart from that, we were happy with what we got. Because we were there Sept/Oct time, we always got a sunbed around the pool and it wasn't too busy for our 10 day stay. We also read reviews about rooms being broken into, so with that we hired a safe!! We would recommend this, it works out to 2 euro's a day and defintley worth it!!!
We ate out every day so never tried in-house restaurant...if you want a cheap brunch, come out of HG entrance head diagonally across the road to Orange Tree Cafe & Ye Old English Tea Rooms...If you just want a sarni, cross the road to your right and the little shop there does great lunch bits ;-) ... For evening meals either head towards the Marina, there's lots down there and if you keep walking through the tunnel there's even more along there too (Tropical Tenerife was our fav!) ...OR ... come out of HG entrance cross the road and walk straight up that road (the chinese is on your left!) 5-10 mins walk to next crossroads with lots of resturants & bar's. Defo worth trying Mongolian BBQ, DiViDa, Locanda etc etc ... We enjoyed that little area very much and not too expensive either!!
We will be recommending HG Apartments to friends who like cheap n cheerful self catering holidays and would like to have the choice of a quiet night close by or an eventful night out!!!

a good 3star standard apartment if a little on small side.

Good size complex and well esigned pool for families. babypool and then big pool from 65 to 200 cm.
10 min walk from marina and good restaurants, 10 mins to hypermarket and decent own shop.
Friendly and helpful people on front desk.
No real problem with sunbeds - although u had to get your own and matress and carry them to where you want them - not so good for older people.

Breakfast buffet - sray away. Fresh bread in supermarkets and shops have good selection of hams and cheeses, yogharts etc.
Cleaning is poor. Big dustballs under beds, in corners. grubby kitchenworktop on arrival.
Traffic and be disturbing on apartments road facing - approx 40%
Having to pay 15 euro for tv - we didnt
we went in january and a lot of balconies and lot of pool area took until 10am to get sun. buildings in some way block sun form a lot of inner complex until 10 and after 4.
