We booked P1 four bed apartment through Clydegrove travel for four weeks at a cost of £3000. The apartment was filthy when we arrived. Shower heads broken. Couch filthy. Broken tiles on patio. The apartment is private and is not run by Victoria court 1. Do not spoil your holiday as ours was.

We stayed here in a private one bed roomed apartment at Victoria 2 which was lovely.
Our apartment had a large balcony which had a table & 4 chairs & 2 sun loungers, with a view to the pool & also a part sea view too.
The furnishings inside the apartment were really nice |& fresh & had a double bed in the bedroom, although there are 2 further beds stored away if more than two people were staying. The added bonus was a washing machine too in the bathroom.
There is a flat screen tv, dvd player (need to take your own films).
The complex is very well maintained & has a nice pool which is accessed through a gated area so is very safe & secure, no fear of small children falling in when pool is not in use as you have to use the key to get in.
Yes they do charge 2 euros each for sunbeds & sun loungers but this money is used towards maintaining the complex (this shows to as its always very immaculate).

There is a bar Le-rendovouz which serves food & drinks,we used this a lot as the breakfasts were really nice & reasonably priced. Also 5-7pm each day is happy hour so nice to go then too as all the people we met were really nice & welcoming.

The residents some of who live on the complex organised singing Xmas carols around the Christmas tree on Xmas eve which was lovely & was well attended. Then on Christmas day Santa visited the pool area & everyone who had given a present to the organisers were able to see their family & friends receive these which was great.

The owners of Le- rendevouz bar organised a meal for people if they wished to join in too on both christmas & new years. We did not attend these but were well attended.

The complex has both stairs & ramp walkways so anyone with disabilities would be ok here just check what floor you book as there are no lifts so you need to be able to climb the stairs if not on a ground floor property.

I would recommend these apartments to people. Just be aware they are at the further end of Los Cristianos not in the center but the walk to local bars & restaurants is ok plus the walk along to the beaches are very easy as all very flat if you go down from the complex.

Also be aware there is a Victoria 1 complex around the corner which is on a hill as are the bars & restaurants of the Mirador strip nearby so the walk up can be a little strenuous for those less mobile but taxis are really cheap in the area plus lots of people with mobility issues were able to his mobility scooters.

We really enjoyed our stay over christmas & new year here with the weather 20 degrees plus each day & we would definatley return.

We visited Victoria Court for the 1st time and must say was pleasantly surprised we excanged via dial and exchange for 2 weeks,you do not get maid service every day or the bins emptied you have to do that yourself but it really is not a great hardship.The 1 bedroom appartment we had was very nice with a very large balcony that the sun shone on all day, the beds were a bit rickety and the fridge could have been colder but the location compensated as everything you wanted was within walking distance.
Would most definitely revisit.

Stayed here 26 oct-6 nov.Booked a 1 bedroom apt through Owners Direct (c3071).Just me & the wife so we had plenty of room,the apartment was quite spacious & well set out.The weather was really good,touched 80 degrees most days.The complex is in a good spot ,only 500 yds from the sea front ,which is an easy walk. The complex itself was very clean & well run.The pool was excellent & the poolbar was really good value for money,large beers only 1 euro & large soft drinks only 1 euro,the food at the bar was very good & was well priced.There are shops & bars very close & the Sunday market is only 400 yds away(which is worth a visit).Took a walk down the sea front most nights& found some nice eating places,but the best by far was LINARES 2 which was on Franco Avenue near the harbour,Top class. Would highly recommend Victoria court 1 & the resort of Los Cristianos.
