Despite uncharacteristically poor weather for this time of year, there is plenty to do in Schruns and the hotel staff are very helpful and give many suggestions.
The games room and bar allow for leisurely evenings whilst digesting the unceasingly spectacular meals.
After a busy day of adventures, the pool and saunas are a great place to relax.
Whilst lunch is not part of half board, there is always a mid afternoon snack on offer and the hotel restaurant will provide food.
If you come up short of ideas for activities, the hotel frequently runs guided walks and cycles.
The breakfast is nothing short of spectacular- cheeses, meats, cereals, breads, egg and bacon and several juices are some of the things on offer.
Rooms are fantastic quality and left immaculate by the daily cleaner.
All staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. My only question is why the hotel is only 4 stars and not 5!
