Just back from these apartments and have to say it was the worst place we have ever stayed. We were initially disappointed with the 3rd floor room- having two young children and the accom. was very basic. But, the worst thing was the general clientele- 20 strong 'gangs' of lads taking drugs, drinking from 9am (spilling beer in the pool), swearing constantly and pushing everyone into the pool. We were woken at 3.30 the first night with the drunken louts battering against the door. The police were called to the place on 3 occasions while we were there. We requested a move and were eventually sent to the apartments across the road- where we could watch the nightly outing of the cochroaches- usually at least 40 coming out of the tanks at the front of these apartments. These were the most civilized apartments they had but we had paid for at least three star accomm. and these were only two. At the end of the holiday we couldn't even get a taxi to airport from the apartment- the receptionist phoned and "couldn't get through", despite there being 5 taxis at the rank around the corner. No entertainment, every sunbed was broken in some way- sold as a family holiday!

We stayed here 20th - 27th June, there were three of us (18,19 & 20) all girls. We stayed in apartment 320 which was fine for what we needed it for, although dong expect luxury because it's far from it!!! There were 3 flights of stairs for us to climb which was bloody horrendous but by the end of the week we'd actually mastered them haha.
The food is fine, good selection but to be honest most of the time we ate we were either drinking or hungover so we are probably not the best to judge it.
We went swimming at 3am and there's no one about totell you not to so if you're looking for a fun carefree hotel then this is for you; DEFINITELY not for families!!! Everyone is just drinking all the tine tehe.
The nightlife down the road is so much fun, go to Murphys Irish Bar it's such a laugh :) we never made it to the big clubs because the little bars have good drink offers (big clubs charge €15 per drink minimum usually).
Anyway, if you want a drinking holiday then this is definitely for you!!!!

On arrival at this hotel they only had one room booked for us, we payed for two, got 2 eventually. We could not have a safe not enough keys demanded one day 2. Showers didn't work my husband ended up fixing our, staff not interested in helping you. Everything about rooms very basic and either broken or outdated, or just unclean. People were asking to be moved and complaining all week. If you are all inclusive I pity you even more our bar closed at 5.30pm and the bar in sister hotel closed at 11pm. The food well where do I start no choice, breakfast few cold meats,toast, sausage, boiled egg and if you were lucky beans! Dinner you are ok if you like pasta and chips. The bottled water at dinner was 2.50 euro. I could go on but I think I've given you a good idea. We payed good money for a 3 star hotel and we got a 1 star, Faulty towers doesn't even start to describe this hotel don't do it.

We booked an all inclusive for 10 days for 2 adults and 2 children, aged 4 and 2. We were told there was entertainment for children, but when we got there, we were told that it might be June or July. Our 4 year old loves mini discos and that's why we booked. We had to walk for 25 minutes for evening entertainment at another hotel. The childrens playground was dangerous, the tiles were missing and were easy to slip over. The food was awful and repetitive. One dish was pasta with tinned fruit!The only fresh for 3 days was oranges and apples and then for the rest of our stay, it was only oranges for all meals. The deserts were only tinned fruit, mousse, one type of horrible cake and yougart.
The positive side was, close to the beach and pools were okay. Most of the staff were friendly and helful.
There was no solarium, did not see the gym, but was told it was very little equipment and dangerous.
