We were meant to stay at the Bon Sol but they moved us to Tur Palas.
Suited us much better as it was on the beach and about 200 yards from Bora Bora.
You know what your going to get in these resorts so why expect otherwise? The World's a big place with plenty of other luxurious hotels that you will pay for.
We paid buttons and were happy. That said..if they describe themselves as a 3 star then I think the owners have spent too much time Clubbing.
Its a 2 star with a decent pool and a great location if your into your Ibiza clubbing.
We loved it but then again we probably spent about 5 hours sleeping in 3 days.

As other reviews have mentioned this place is in a good location and has a good bar and pool area right next to the beach. It's close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and of course SPACE!
If you want to get any sleep you have to avoid this place, there is constant noise, door slamming, people running up and down corridors etc 24 hours a day.
Air con is pot luck, ours worked, most other guests weren't so lucky. The rooms were filthy, really filthy and they have no facilities other than a sink and a fridge. They give you one towel per person, a small, thin, stained towel that will be wet after yoru first shower. The bathroom has a shower that has to be handheld. It gives a weak supply of water although the water was hot! Bonus.
The reception staff could not care less and give the impression they have spent the entire Summer being complained to and just grunt at you. You can get much better than this for the price in Ibiza. My advice? Stay at the hotel Playa D'en Bossa and enjoy good room service and inclusive meals but wander down the beach to use the pool area at Tur Palas during the day.

Pretty appalling to say the least!!! Room wasnt cleaned for a week and I was pestering reception on most days to do this! You had to ask for towels all the time and we were allocated one toilet roll at a time, can you believe it!!!! The staff were most rude and unhelpful and their attitude was "deal with it" really even though we had paid good money to stay there! in comparison to a friends hotel down the end of the beach which was also a 3 star rating, there was just no comparison. We got ripped right off so dont bother going here. you get much more for your money down at the Fiesta Don Toni or Playa Den Bossa Hotel!!!

The rooms at Tur Palas were FILTHY. During our stay the towels were changed only twice and the room cleaned (and by cleaned I mean floors swept and beds made) only once. The air con unit was broken in our room and we were offered only one fan, despite the fact that two of us would be in one room and one sleeping in another! There were cockroaches in the rooms as well, which came in through noticeable gaps in the skirting board and probably came to feast on the array of dirt and grime on the floor. Although we had a small kitchen area, there was a severe lack of crockery and cutlery and nothing to wash the plates up with afterwards.
The hotel staff were just as terrible. They were rude and not willing to help in any way. All complaints were shrugged off and we were made to feel like morons for even challenging them on important issues such as the air conditioning.
The only good point about the hotel was the great location - Just on the beach in Playa D'en Bossa and close to great bars and shops. The bar at the hotel was also great but this was due to the fact that it was owned and run completely separately to the hotel.
I would never ever book to stay at this hotel again and defeinitely would not recommend it to a friend!
