This place is cheap, so you can't expect the earth and it depends on what you want. Myself and a friend stayed for 2 nights. We'd come out specifically for the Be Closing Party, so as it was a short trip we wanted the cheapest option!
I'll talk about the good stuff first!
I actually found the reception staff quite helpful. Having said this, there was a different person on reception each time I went down, so I suppose it depends on who you speak to! I booked through booking.com and thought I had paid for the room when booking (as I'd put in my credit card details). When we checked in the man on reception (who spoke good English) said I needed to pay the full amount. I said I thought I'd already paid. He was fine about it and said if I could show him a receipt by the morning that was ok. I checked with my bank and no money had gone out of my account. Booking.com take your credit card details for info purposes only (so bare this in mind when booking). I paid the next day and they were fine with me.
The pool area is really nice and looks out onto the sea.
Now for the not so great stuff!
Our room wasn't dirty but did smell a bit musty.
The lock was very stiff. In order to open the door you had to turn the key whilst banging the door with your hip. It would often take us 5 minutes to open the door as it was so awkward (and yes this was when sober)!
In our room the aircon was on as soon as we walked in (maybe left on from last guests). It was set to a freezing temperature and was too cold. There was no remote or any way of turning it off or down. I kept going out on the balcony for a warm!
When I had a shower, the tap handle came off in my hand!
The lock on the balcony door was broken.
