I originally booked a room at this hotel that my girlfriend and I had stayed at several years earlier through the bookings.com website. About a month before my arrival, I found a much cheaper price on Cheaptickets.com and so I booked the room requiring prepay and then cancelled the reservation on bookings.com and received a confirmation. When I arrived, the clerk said I needed to leave an imprint for any additional expenses which i did and thought that was it. I was there for 6 days and unfortuantely they had not done anything to renovate the property in that 3 year interim but the it was fine for my purposes. When I returned to the US, a charge for the difference between what I booked the room for on bookings.com and the lower price paid on Cheaptickets was added to my card. I tried to get my card issuer to investigate and contacted the hotel chain directly but they did not respond and the card issuer told me I was past the date to challenge the charge as they lost my original paperwork and I had to resend.
I will never stay in this place again as you can see from the reviews, the facilities are poor at best and they are unethical in their business dealings.

Too many stairs, left to haul cases up and down several flights in early hours after long journey. Dumped in a grotty top floor " appartment "
No information offered. Dismissive & couldn't care less attitude.
Full of very rude and ignorent Italians (my husband is Italian - I have nothing against Italians in general but all the rude one's seem to congregate here in summer!)
Room stank.
Nothing here for people from UK unless you want bargain basement discomfort and being treated like inconvenient rubbish.
Food was OK - just and the lovely sweet young blonde Czech girl working in the bar were only redeeming features

READ THIS AND OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS HOTEL .THE HOTEL IS CLEAN .THE FOOD IS SAFE THE POOL IS SAFE UNDER SUPERVISION PLENTY OF SOFT DRINKS AND ALCOHOL IS AVAILABLE UPTO 11.30 THEN IT ALL SHUTS FOR THE NIGHT. there is nothing for children to do no entertainment day or night. as you can see from the pictures a new hotel is being built and an old one needs to be pulled down .very little choice of meals and although i do like to try different foods i would like to be able to eat well, not all tastes are catered for and only continental breakfast! i would not recomend this for families. if you dont want breakfast and dont mind what food you eat and are only using hotel for a place to sleep you are ok but as a holiday please find somewhere else i hope people will gain from this and have a pleasent stay . Please read the reviews i didn't believe them but dont think people are complaining just for the sake of it. it was a nice break for us both but it could have been better much better they do not use bottled water and this effected my partner she was ill. so please please find another hotel i would not go back here. The whole area is very run down and full of grafetti

This was my fifth time visiting Ibiza and definitely will not be my last; however this was my first and last time staying at this pathetic excuse for a hotel. Myself and two friends having already been out this year in July decided to hit the closing parties last minute so got a last minute deal. We arrived late on a Sunday night and straight away the omens seemed bad, on check in there was confusion someone else was in our room???? After waiting half an hour at reception we were shown to our room but first we took a nice tour round the wrong part of the hotel lugging our suitcases up unnecessary flights of stairs until the guy showing us round finally found our room.
The smell of the room resembled a farm that had not been cleaned for years, the room was tiny and no way space for three to stay. One of the beds obstructed the bathroom the door and two of us could not unpack our suitcase due to lack of storage space. What annoyed me most about this place was the fact there was no kitchen or utensils, there was no plates, bowls, cutlery, and kettle, however there was a fridge but it was the same size as a security safe. Although I do eat out every night usually when in Ibiza I would appreciate the equipment to make myself a simple bowl of cereal in the morning, to combat this we went out and bought our own bowls and cutlery however due to no table in the room had to settle for eating my breakfast in my bed.
When I woke up the first morning I went to have my shower only to find there were no towels, good job I bought my own. My mate went on a wonder and found a trolley with towels; toilet roll etc so he grabbed a load of them, incidentally in six days the maids not once cleaned our room, changed the sheets, gave new towels or gave us toilet roll, this we sorted ourselves out with.
Needless to say I will not be rushing back any time soon and I hope if you have read my review you will reconsider going here, it really is that bad.
