the hotel itself is fine for the money but be prepared to come home with a lot less than you went out with. on the first day 2 of my friends got their bags stolen and when they said they would call the police they got all the contents of their bags back in a plastic bin bag. then 2 days later my boyfriends room got robbed and 2 ipods, an ipad, money and a mobile phone got stolen. there was no sign of a break in but their beds had clean sheets on them but the room had not been cleaned, so it was obviously an inside job and when they went to the reception to tell someone the guy could not have given 2 hoots and just told them to go to the police!! when they went to the police it was closed!! terrible end to a great holiday.

This place was reasonably priced or so we thought until we arrived, it has been recently taken over by the Jet Apartments who are a well known brand in Playa den Bossa, stuck to nice big new sign of the plac e but not spent any money of it thats for sure!
We have a room for 5 persons booked, there is no reception just a small hut which inst manned all day, very slow check in as the man spoke no eniglish at all, finally showed us to the room, it could easily have slept 6 with the large living area with 2 sofa beds (would have kept cost down for us instead of booking 2 separate apartments). Air con was included in price which we thought was a bonus until we realised only 1 unit worked! The bath plug hole was blocked with hair and grime that must have been there months and the cleaners just ignored it because as soon as you put the shower on the water didnt go down! i ended up unblocking it myself with a knife as none of my group would go near it, suprise suprise no one around to complain too, there was also no toilet seat, basic stuff. The apartment was supposed to be ffreshly cleaned by maids but must have had there eyes closed as floor was filthy. We did catch up with the guy the following day who sorted ouy the toilet seat and sent someone to try fix aircon in bedrooms but it made it worse and then kept tripping the main unit so we gave up and just left it off in bedrooms. He also came out to show us how to work the gas bottle that was connected to the cooker as there were no instructions. The maids came once in a week to empty bins and give us a new set of towels but didnt take dirty ones or clean. The rest of the time we took own own rubbish to bins on the street behind hotel. The pool was grimy and we didnt use, know the area well so stayed out as much as possible, there was a small bar open until around 10pm each day, no security after this point. The apartments were full of loud guests so dont expect to get much sleep, we are all party people but that took the biscuit. I wont go back unless they spend some money of the place!

I thought the rooms were ok full of ants though...
pool was fine... good location close to beach shops restaurants etc...
we weren't leaving for the airport until the evening they charged us €12 to keep our bags everywhere else I've stayed it was free.... the choice to keep the room was not an option... when we returned to the hotel (to sit by the pool waiting for the time to come that we could leave) we were told that the bottles of mineral drinks we had purchased from the nearby shop were not allowed to be consumed on their premises... we had to buy drinks from the bar to keep cool in the sweltering heat!!!
I would not stay there again!

No i don't like my stay there, in fact i'm very ANGRY about about my stay at this hostel. When i payed for 5 days, i figured out, that the hotel was a nightmare, because of the noisy guests there and the missing of any rules at all for the guests of the hotel. The thing is, that i/we could hear everything from the 3-4 flours beneath us, and my inpresion of the hotel is, that is very BAD place to stay. P.s if you are thinking to stay in that hotel/hostel, then pay only for one singel night, because they don't give any money back if you deside to check out earlier !! So you don't feel cheatet like us as costimer!!!!
