The Migjorn are located in the centre of Playa Den Bossa not far from Space Nightclub which is a 10 min walk, the beach less than 2 minutes. The complex is laid out in a traditional Ibicenco style, with whitewashed square buildings reflecting the architecture of the island. Some rooms are better than others but they are all laid out in a compact and minimalistic format which is traditional Ibiza.
There is a feeling of relaxed calm about the place and its an oasis amid the loud and noisy resort of Playa Den Bossa. The Migjorn would be the best quality apartments available in the resort and attract families and couples alike for its chilled out atmosphere and easy going attitude. A professional staff, all in uniform, welcome guests as returning friends rather than customers, which is a strong trait of Ibiza Hospitality.
Accommodation prices are generally high in the resort due to its location next to Space Nightclub, Ushuaia, Playa Den Bossa Beach and the Airport which is 5 mins away. The Islands only Aquapark is located nearby also. While prices may seem expensive for four key apartments they are in line with similar rated accommodation on the Island. The Spa is lovely and you can book it for a private session at no extra charge. There is also a supermarket located on site, an above average restaurant and day beds by the pool. These added extras are not found in any other accommodation in the resort.
I would have no hesitation in returning to the Migjorn if I were to stay in Playa Den Bossa again. Its easy, laid back style reflects my idea of what Ibiza is all about. The staff are all from the Island and reflect its personality well. The Migjorn is much different from the average aparthotel in Ibiza and is popular with independent guests rather than the tradition package tour client.
