I have been going to the Bahams for about 9 years and what a fantastic place it was, could not complain about anything. UNTIL it was taken over by the new company. They have spent a lot of money on the place bringing it up to date, that to me doesn't mean every thing. Food still good but in my opinion not as good as Fiesta. Staff friendliness, a lot of the same staff as before but not as friendly. Fiesta entertainment was good and it made the holiday, but now rubbish set more for the younger visitors. One night a guest asked for a different kind of music instead of club stuff and the girl in charge of entertainment got on stage and said for you people who want the different music I suggest you pack your bags and get out of my hotel. Lastly I know it has always been a mixed nationality hotel but there are very few British there now. A Lot of big groups of Belgians who thought they owned the place as they were in big groups. They were intimidating the smaller family groups and making there holiday very unpleasant.
I thought a few years ago I had found a hotel for all my holidays in the Bahamas Fiesta beach club, but no I will never return what a shame it has gone down hill. My views are only based on the pleasure I had before to what it is now.

First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time tell us about your experience. We have take note of all the things you’ve mentioned and would like to answer:
- Our Entertainment team and manager has been - by most of the TripAdvisor people – qualified like one of the best teams, because of its friendly and careful service and great performance in their shows, you can read it just in the review before yours. Its really surprising what you said about how one of our entertainers reply to you in a rude way. Nevertheless we would pay more attention and verify this behaves.
- About the Belgians who where intimidating families; we definitively apologies for any inconvenience of other guest and will make sure that this will never happen again towards any client.
