My husband & I booked here for our 1st wedding anniversary which cost £1100. Couldn't wait to get back home. No air con and as we had to keep the doors open yto keep us cool the aircraft noise kept us awake all night long as the planes fly right in front of the building. For 3 nights running the locals held a festival right in front of the hotel until 2 o clock in the morning. Shabby, shabby, shabby pillows & bedding. We paid good money for a budget hotel. Would have been more luxurious had we booked into a Travelodge which was constructed in the 70's. Be warned******** Do not waste your hard earned cash on this hotel. The only plus side of our stay was that the staff were very pleasant. DISADVANTAGE.....Everything I have stated. ADVANTAGE......We only stayed for 1 week. Thank god.

Me and a friend stayed here - we requested a balcony with view and got exactly that which we were so pleased with - gorgeous view from the room so it was worth asking. Location was great, just set away from the main strip so not loud but literally 60seconds from bars and restaurants on the corner. The beach is literally over the road (about 7 min walk) and walking distance to Space and resturaunts & bars of Playa d'en Bossa. Salinas was 15 minute bus away which was fabulous and buses to Ibiza town also about 15-20 mins (or 20-25euro cab), airport 10mins (approx 10euro cab or direct bus there) as well as disco buses to and from the big clubs run through the night.

Basic, and great value - just what we needed, and we couldnt ask for more for the price we paid. Was clean, and the maid cleaned the room daily, although when we first got there there was a couple of dodgy things like suspicious hair on the bathroom stool and unwashed rinsing glasses in the bathroom but they were the only problems I can think of. We found a few ants on day 3 (probably our fault for leaving drinks on the balcony!) but overall it didn't put us off at all.

The only bad thing was the food which was shockingly bad (no exaggeration - we sat down, had half a mouthful and went to KFC down the road instead..it was that bad) but to be fair, we didn't know that food was included in the room anyway so we couldn't really complain. We never got up early enough to have breakfast (it's from 8-10am).

The staff were all really friendly, there was 24hr security, so as 2 girls we felt very safe, and they were very helpful with information about the towns, directions, buses etc and were just as knowledgeable and gave advice about everything going on outside of Playa d'en Bossa too. They also have tickets to all of the big club nights which was handy.

The hotel had a mix of people: families as well as couples and small groups of friends and was very quiet (i.e. no noisy kids or noisy groups) . Mostly Italian and German - we only met 2 other English people who left the day after we arived. The pool was lovely, very quiet and relaxing and we always went after the beach - could have been livelier, but as we realised, it wasn't really that kind of hotel. Anyone looking for more of a party hotel, this probably isn't for you.

Would definitely reccommend as a basic, clean pleasant hotel in good location.

Not only is the location of this hotel amazing but its cheap and great value for money. 8 of us stayed in the hotel and did not have any problems the whole time we were there. Each room has its own private balcony and it's a 7 min walk to Bora Bora beach even closer to some amazing cocktail bars.

Will definately go again.

Only downside - no fridges in the room!

We were really pleased with this hotel and for what we paid, we could not have done better. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Okay there is no air con but you are paying for a 2 star hotel and not a 5 star one. All of the public areas have aircon but the rooms only have a ceiling fan and yes, it is hot in the room when the temperature outside is 35 degrees. Food is excellent for a 2 star property and far better than many 3 and 4 star establishments. The only thing I would say with regards to the food is that the choice is limited but you can usually find something that suits. Pool and surrouding terraces were kept clean throughout our stay and whilst most people staying there are young Italians, do not let this put you off as they behave so much better than young British would! No drunkeness or rowdiness experienced duing our stay just people have a great time! Hotel is in a quiet position so you can get a good nights sleep but still be close to the main drag with all the bars and restaurants. Take a walk along the promenade to Figuerettes which is a much nicer resort to be honest, but more exepnsive to stay at than Playa Den Bossa. You really will not be dissapointed with this hotel.
