We stayed a night at this hotel on route to Formentera on 25 September 2014 . We found the hotel very basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with nothing spectacular. We ordered a light snack from the bar on arrival which was late at night. The snack was tasty and the barman friendly. The hotel specifically lacked the wow factor to make me want to rush back.

Room tip: All rooms face the same way. We did not find our room noisy.

The hotel has a great location - close enough to walk to the clubs but far enough away to not hear them! Close to restaurants and shops so you don't have to spend a fortune as Ibiza nighlife is expensive enough as it is!
I had room 111 and it was clean, bit smaller than the pics but I was only there to sleep really so not bothered. Good size balcony and most importantly - it was clean - the room, outside etc.
Staff were friendly (perhaps because I speak Spanish), bar lady was awesome and quick.
The walls are definitely not sound proof so even though you can't hear the clubs, if your neighbours are partying after hours - you are going to hear it!
Check in and out - no issues - quick and easy!

Pool is a fair size, never used it but sunbeds available and music to listen to while you sunbathe.

Great place to stay for a short trip. No issues.

Room tip: Room 111 was fist floor, first room so easy with the lift or stairs. No noise issues apart from the neighbours at the time but room is good.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Sankeys Club, 4 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes - 15 minutes walk from Bora Bora, Space Club and Ushuaia.

I would recommend this hotel for young people on a budget. It's clean, have a swimming pool, and radio playing on a patio/swimming pool area till midnight - dance music (not my kind of thing)

There reception desk employees are very friendly and helpful likewise the restaurant waitresses.

Room was clean and tided on a daily basis. It's not specious but fits 2 people perfectly.

Breakfast is served from 8:30-10:30 and dinner from 20:00 - 21:30.
We were staying there for 2 weeks, and unfortunately we got easily bored by breakfast that looks everyday almost the same with uneatable fruits and vegetables, 1 cheese and 2 choices of cold meats, cereals and yogurt. Awful coffee and juice from the machine.
Unfortunately dinner choice wasn't much better, always french fries and plain pasta plus some meat. Though at least watermelon served every second day was juicy and sweet.

Overall for a 2 star hotel it was very good experience, though I wouldn't board with the hotel next time.

Room tip: And wifi is not worth paying 5 euros coz it doesn't work anyway.

Three girls stayed here last week. We booked one room with three single beds. We booked through bookings.com and paid $600 which we had to pay on arrival. It's about a 10min ride from the airport around 10euros. The hotel is situated about 10min walk from Bora Bora beach and about 4 mins from the main Playa de Bossa area where the bars are. It's nice because the road it's on is not noisy its away from all that yet walking distance to it.

The hotel is very clean. There's a swimming pool which we didn't really use. Lifts to the rooms. 24hour reception. Money Safe is 3.5 euros a day for the key. Rooms are quite small only just fitted three single beds in it. Room had sea view balcony and TV. Wifi is 5 euros a day.

Breakfast was buffet style. It was ok not great. Bread, Eggs, cereal etc. Nice way to fill your belly in the morning. Coffee and orange juice was awful out of machines.

Overall the hotel is a good base to put your head down. Great powerful warm shower and very clean.

Only downside would be no free Wifi, no fridge and charge for the safe.

At the end of Aug myself and 2 friends (3 girls in early 20s) stayed at this hotel and had an overall lovely experience. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the main strip at Playa d'en Bossa, in which we stopped off at the many different bars and restaurants each day. We did not have evening meals at the hotel restaurant but the breakfast buffet was great for us. The chamber maids were extremely nice women who would make the bedroom spotless each day. The pool was quiet and peaceful with a friendly atmosphere, however, the large buildings and trees surrounding created shade over most of the pool area after 2pm. Would not recommend for large group of party people.
