The hotel was standard, the service, the room, everything. Basic hotel trying to be something it isnt. Everything was extra charge, the safe, wifi. A personal pet hate of mine, just implies cheapness, felt they were trying to extract money from you every opportunity, I know they are not the only hotel to do this. Breakfast was so so, the hot stuff I would avoid. Tables werent made, one person working on the freshly made area. Food not topped up. Rooms not sufficiently cleaned, towels merely refolded rather than fresh ones provided. Impossible to sleep, can hear everything. Evening entertainment goes on till gone 11pm and is very loud, walls so thin can hear showers, toilets, conversation. Overall the hotel is cheap. Service, minimal, nothing particularly worthy of comment, neither particularly good but neither particularly bad. Location was ok.

Nice hotel, great location for jumping on boats to Ibiza town and Formentera. Far enough away from centre of Playa d'en Bossa which is a typical place for club 18-30s holiday makers with a lack of attractive and good restaurants - very tacky. Reasonable local prices but struggled to get a decent meal. Ibiza town is twice as expensive and takes advanatge of tourists for poor food & drink at expensive prices. Hotel has a modern makeover feel but rooms are noisey as you can clearly hear people in the rooms next to yours. Would go again for a quiet few days relaxation at a reasonable price with a good breakfast and very few brits, as long as you can live with being woken up early by your neighbours. Only 10 mins from airport.

I gave this hotel 4 dots for Ibiza because the standards on this island are overall lower. I stayed at Garbi last year and it was very similar, the main differences I would say is that Garbi has been renovated more recently. Goleta has a bit of a nicer room and layout- I stayed in the room with a balcony so it was not the smallest one, that one has no balcony. The hallways and elevators are a tad dated but not a big deal. Pool looked nice the outdoor bar was always packed with people. Buffet had a good selection I recommend purchasing it in advance if you want to save a few dollars. The hotel is an extra 5 or 10min walk toward the action where most of the stores and restaurants are, again not a big deal, Garbi was closer. Softer bedsheets than Garbi. The issue that people are talking about hearing water from the next room in the bathrooms is not a big deal in my opinion. Yes you can hear the water running but it didn't bother me. Staff were very friendly and im not sure if it was just timing but i thought the wifi was pretty weak but it is an island. Was a good time all around. I would stay there again. Definitely print your reservation with some type of confirmation code and your name on it. They are sticky about this like the other reviews mentioned.

Nice location, almost all ( or maybe even all) rooms have sea view and balconies. Not too noisy (maybe depends on location of the room, ours was on 6th floor) but you can hear your neighbours.
Good breakfast apart from juice (somebody has already mentioned it), it was something deluted, not even juice made from concentrate. The breakfast room is spacious and has a great view of the sea.
TV had SKY news, BBC news channels (but you don't really go to Ibiza to watch tv!)
Wifi is not free, you can pay per day or you can pay for the whole stay.
Close to the airport.
Didn't use the pool, went there once and it smelt too much of chlorine but the weather was great anyway so there was no need for it.
A lot of people played tennis, I didn't but those who love it will definetely benefit from all their courts.
