Bit apprehensive of this hotel before booking due to the negative comments about the maids stealing/bedbugs/noisy but all in all, the hotel wasn't bad.
Room was cleaned everyday and staff were pleasant.
Admittedly, it's on the other side of the island to San Antonio so getting a taxi or the bus is a bit of a pain but this something you should know before booking!
Near everything in Playa Den Bossa, big highlight including Space being within walking distance. Plenty of cheap pubs and bars for drinks around and the beach within metres as well. Food was pretty basic but anyone expecting 5* luxury is a tool and needs to look elsewhere.

We arrived after midnight with our friends, we'd both booked exactly the same online. The guy at the desk gave our friends a key for a suite and we got a key for a small room. We said it was wrong and he said we'd have to sort it out in the morning. An hour after being in bed I realised I was being attacked by bedbugs! I had so many bites on me and even a bite on my eye. The guy at reception gave us a key for a different room and again said we had to sort it out in the morning. In the morning my eye was swollen and looked awful. I got to speak to the director who was nice and refunded that night for us and put us in the room we were suppose to have. The suite was fantastic, big and spacious and no bed bugs! The pool is also great. Very noisy hotel, we were woken up by people coming home from partying, but then the next night we probably woke everyone up so no big deal. Our second room was in a total different building to the one with the bed bugs. Not a bad hotel, wouldn't stay there again though.

In terms of comfort and noise levels, this hotel is comparable to festival camping. In fact the bed may have been an actual camping bed. From the 1980’s.

You can hear the maid fart from two floors down so imagine what it’s like when there’s a drunk guy hammering on next door at 5am. As you try your best to sleep, expect to have a heavy bassline for a lullaby. And when you wake up it might be, as it was for us, to the sound of someone burping the alphabet. And then throwing up. I can’t comment further as we stayed only one, sleepless night and then went somewhere else.

On the plus side the walls were very nicely painted.

We stayed in this hotel a few days ago with our friends. We came back to the room after having nipped out for breakfast (one hour max) to find that the cleaners had been in the room, made our beds and stolen allllllll of our money (€500!) We went to reception to report this and the guy on reception just basically laughed in our faces and said there is nothing we can do. The lady who was in charge was also really snotty and they wouldn't even call the police for us! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
