Well it all started at the airport, the taxi driver could not even find the apartments. Alarm bells ringing already. When we got in to reception (well if you could call it a reception) there was a young boy who could not speak any english. He took our passports from us (which he then left unattended and in full view of everyone) and handed us the key. When we first went in to the apartment it seemed ok and spacious. When we had a proper look around the apartment lets just say that it obviously had not been cleaned for about a year as there was black hair everywhere and it certainly was not ours as we are three blondes. When we opened the balcony door there was a wet used tissue stuck to the floor and there was only one chair.

Self catering (aye rite - wot a joke) as there was no kettle, toaster, microwave (which they show on the pics). The only thing there was a two ring hob. All the dishes and cutlery were covered in a slimy film and had dried in food stuck to them and guess what there was nothing for you to wash anything with.

The beds are a complete joke as we were bitten from something that was obviously on the mattress - gadzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The pool area is the pits, thankfully there is a nice beach nearby.

Did not feel safe at all in these apartments, chair was thrown in to our balcony from somewhere, people constantly ringing the bell and hanging about outside our door and we could not wait to get home.

The only decent thing about the area was the beach and the only decent thing about these apartments was the air con.

I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Please don't waste your money on these.

On arrival we were greeted by a non speaking english lady who was really nice, it turned out she was running the place.. Receptionist / cleaner / etc .. The foyer is just a large piece of wood and it needs a lick of paint. The rooms are really basic, with no plate inside the microwave, air conditioning needs a remote ( not supplied ) but the room was clean.
This hotel is occupied by young spanish fun seekers who love to make as much noise as possible, we were awoken every morning by the sounds of a monkey ( this was the idiot in the next apt who was trying to impress the girls??? )
The pool is about 50 feet by 16 feet and some of the young spanish guys love spitting into it and aiming for the lilo !! ( I kid you not ) ..
The apartments are based in a residential area with no senic views and there are several youngsters ( around the age of 11 ) who have nothing to do all day except throw loud bangers in the street and into the bins for greater effect ! Young ETA enthusiasts?
The apts are about a 3 minute walk to the main drag of the resort.
if you want a bit of piece and quiet then avoid this place.. Not for families.

we booked these apartments as they where the cheapest we could get for this area

was a bit sceptical, had read previously a nasty story about a rat, but long behold we where pleasantly surprised.

didnt get to the apartments till about 3am, theres not a reception as such, just a door bell, and a bit of wood, so we rang , a little spanish lady, nice as pie, but doesnt speak any language apart from her native, arrives. the deal with the reception is this- she is in her apartment smoking all day, and when you need her just buzz, no matter what the time is.

the lift was a bit scary, but in perfect working order

our room- good points- very spacious (we went for the 1 bedroom option) , clean,
bad points- "rustic", no aircon- but maybe cause it wasnt peak, no microwave, but our hob worked!

the cleaner is really nice, she comes everyday and will supply you will copious amounts of towels, loo roll etc.

there wasnt a cafe, and the pool was a bit scary

location is perfect, 7mins walk to the beach and borabora, 1 min walk to the 'nyon nightmare'- if you ever go you will know what i mean, 10min to space,

ibiza town- 8 euro taxi
airport- 10 euro taxi
dc10- 10 euro taxi
amnesia/privilige- 15 euro taxi
san an- 25 euro taxi

clean/basic/rustic - but id stay here again, at the end of the day your not goin to ibiza for the accomodation!
