Being a member of the H10 Club, we booked directly with them 4months before we were due to travel and requested and paid extra for a sea view room. One week before travelling we received confirmation of our booking, which was fine but on arrival we were allocated a room which can only be described as a dungeon with a view directly outside our balcony of a very large propane storage tank. We complained but were told that this room was classed as a sea view as if you leaned quite far over the balcony you could just glimpse the sea, perhaps if you were a giraffe with a very long neck you would be ok!! So anyone thing of going to this hotel just be aware that room 2353 is your sea view nightmare!

A very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The hotel is very close to the sea with a very nice beach.

This is our second time at this hotel. The location is wonderful and the local beaches are beautiful.We returned because we really enjoyed our time there 9 years ago. The hotel is very good with good amenities and we again enjoyed our stay this time. The restaurant provides good quality food.Overall there is a somewhat lack of atmosphere and the staff are not the friendliest. Queueing (or lack of it!) at reception can be a challenge worth avoiding as most customers just jump in front of each other.

Fantastic hotel. Food outstanding, bedrooms clean and tidy, poolside immaculate and excellent pool. Staff very friendly ad welcoming. All inclusive ok not a big fan to be honest but it did not matter as we had gone to relax. The food made up for the poor drink choices! Such as red wine being served chilled.
The beach was amazing and we even had the world wind surfing and kitesurfing competition going on right outside the hotel for a week.
