Just back from a week's break in this hotel and thought it was great! Our apartment was massive, and very clean with the maids coming regularly throughout the week to clean and bring extra towels etc, and the shower always had hot water even with two girls getting ready for nights out! Yes the rooms are basic but for the price being paid, I don't expect the Burj al Arab! The lifts and pool areas were also very clean and well maintained. Our transfers on the way home didn't appear and the two reception staff were very helpful and phoned our company to ensure when we would be picked up. The bar staff were all very friendly and chatty and the food at the pool bar was lovely and very reasonably priced. Its roughly a 20 minute walk to the centre which is fine and taxis are only 3 euros if you've had one too many by the end of the night. :) I would definitely stay at this hotel again we had a lovely time and the nightlife and food in the area was fab!

Booked a family room for 2week Christmas Holiday 18 Dec-1st Jan. On arrival reception was closed so collected keys from the bar. We were given keys and map and we made our way to the room. On arriving in the room it became apparent that it hadnt been cleaned properly- dirty bathroom with razor and hair still in plughole of bath. Microwave filthy and worksurfaces grubby. Went to reception and explained the problems to receptionist- we were givem keys for a new room and told to move amd return keys for first room later. Second room was clean but tatty- shower fjxings broken,walls in need of a paint and broken patio furniture. Kitchen was very poorly equipped for self catering. On day four of the holiday we went to reception to ask for clothes airer as to be told that there werent any-my husband went and got one from outside of an empty apartment adjacent to ours. Showering had to be carefully planned and timed due to the lack of hot water and the 15 minute wait between showers for the water to heat up. Rooms not cleaned enough snd bathrooms need bins with lids on as toilet paper cant be flushed away. Didnt see our rep for the 2 weeks we were at the hotel . Costa Teguise is a great resort and we enjoyed the food and resort facilities. The monmatre was our favourite restaurant but we didnt have a bad meal the whole 2 weeks were on Lanzarote. This was our 2nd visit to Lanzarote and we would visit the island again but definitely wouldnt stay at this accomodation again.

This is our second visit to these apparments and we were not disappointed. We flew on Christmas Day and it could not have been easier. The appartments are spacious, clean and the staff and excellent. Although it is a bit windy round the pool area there is an area round the back that is very sheltered. There are some great bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk and Costa Teguise is a pleasant stroll along the promenade. Free bus service into Teguise , Great value for money.

Arrived at this hotel on the 4th December nice and clean room was ok just the bare nasesaties for cooking we had to put our mattresses on the floor due to the bed bases like camp beds they need to take out the pay as you go TVs and if you get noisy people in your block that get up early you will be up too If you like walking this is the hotel for you would i go back to this hotel NO
