Just back from apt 6004
We were a little worried given one of the reviews but found it to be a clean and comfortable place with truly fab sea views
I absolutely agree with another reviewer that someone is out to get Charlie
We found him to be real nice and he done us a great deal
It's not 5 star more like 3 but real good value
Sea view worth more
We have travelled there every year for the last seven years and this is the best value beside the sea apartment around

I booked and week’s accommodation at Mr [--] Tuscan apartment 6004 in Costa Tequise, we paid the agreed amount in full at the time of booking.
When we arrived at the apartment it was an absolute disgrace.
The rooms were filthy, the place stank. There was rubbish everywhere; the beds were unmade and soiled from the last occupants. There was no clean bed linen or towels nor was there a welcome pack as promised.
It was uninhabitable. We were absolutely appalled.
We have repeatedly asked Mr [--] for a full refund, he has refused.
Avoid at all costs

hi we stayed at apartment 6004 and we were delightedthe apartment is the nearest one to the sea which was great and also very quiet
we were a little worried going out having read some of the reviews but when we arrived the reasons for it became clear
there is huge competition among landlords out there so some are writing nasty things about each other .one guy even shows pictures of the inside of an apartment saying he stayed there however the cleaner of that apartment says he just arrived while she was cleaning and started snapping photos after a group had dirtied the place before she even ahd a chance to clean it
as i have said we stayed in apartment 6004 and got a great price
ok its not 5 star or even 3 star but it was clean fresh sheets and towels ,even a welcome pack
owner real nice and a decent bloke to talk to ,every thing in the apt was clean and worked perfect
he even put in a new fridge for us
i would not recommend this for over 55s as there is a bit of a walk downhill and back up again (about 3 mins ) ok for us but thought id mention it
all in all it suited our needs and i can say we will be back

had a quick look at tuscan complex as was in playa roca area and wife nearly booked for this year.so glad we didnt as could not understand how anybody could enjoy this place with its very run down feel,was shocked as doggy poo was everywere,and didnt see another tourist at all.some reviews give it good review,but from what i saw last week i would not recommend this to other tourists and is absolutley not fit for a holida base,my opinion only mind.
