Having read some of the previous reviews we decided to book Los Zocos mainly due to comments regarding cleanliness and children's facilities-both were sadly disappointing and not to our satisfaction. The bed linen was very tired and the spare blankets had a pungent odour.
The kids park needs maintaining or replacing and the indoor play area should have an upper age limit as ten year old and two year olds have different ideas of playing in these facilities. In summary the apartments appeared to be good value but in reality it's not a place you would return to.

had a really good time here. some staff could have been more helpful but the majority was helpful :) cleanliness was pretty good... fab for kids so much to do and the acts that we did see where brilliant. would most probably stay again had a lovely time and met some really nice people x

i have just spent a week at los Zocos and can honestly say the staff were all very efficient and happy to help- the room was cleaned and towels changed o9n 5 of the 7 days and the maids were pleasant and friendly
The appartments are welll positioned for everything in the area and with a bus stop outside it is easy to investigate the island without a car

Stayed at Los Zocos November 2011 and were so pleased, went back and stayed again this year. The hotel is very clean, all the staff are helpful and everyone speaks or acknowledges you. Stayed in block 2 which meant we had the sunshine on our balcony from 9.00am - 4.00pm every day and the pool we were facing never had more than 5 - 6 couples at it (Kids pool area was behind us) so it was very quiet. There is a good range of food - ok, it is not always as hot as you would have at home, but this is typical and there is a microwave for you to use. Variety included steaks, roast beef, pork chops, prawns, and good vegetarian options. Beach is just across the road and through the small shopping centre opposite the hotel.
